Can someone point me in the right direction? 😆

I posted on Facebook, didn't get many responses. I still need 5 more recommendations. I'll take the first 5 if I haven't read them.
- I'm not a big fan of fantasy unless it's horror.
- Also not a big fan of romance... unless it's romantic comedy.
- I'm only looking for one recommendation per person please.
I picked this one up for Nonfiction November. In theory this sounds like a book I'd absolutely love. Unfortunately in reality I just wasn't a fan. It had a few good moments but most of it I found boring and awkward.
I need some new audiobook series to get into. Genre doesn't really matter. Ones I've loved so far:
🔸️Bosch and Lincoln Lawyer
🔸️The Expanse (sci-fi)
🔸️Walt Longmire
🔸️Women's Murder Club
🔸️Stephanie Plum
🔸️Sookie Stackhouse
🔸️Outlander
I've got pretty eclectic tastes. Just want a good, preferably fairly long running, story. Thanks in advance for all your ideas!!
Anyone know sweetener-free or no saccharin toothpastes other than Tom‘s if that doesn‘t work. Bonus if they have a fluoride-free option, too. Available in US, please!
@Cinfhen I think I‘ve finally figured out why!
Help! Who has spoilers for BoTM, Read with Jenna, Reese‘s Book Club and more monthly picks/celebrity book clubs? I remember seeing posts but I can‘t remember who does it. I would LOVE a tag when any amazing sleuths figure this out ahead of time 😊🙏📚
Ordering for my library when I know what will be big is a gigantic help for the holds lists! 📚♥️

Hi Litsy Family! I need your help! Every year I create a must-reads challenge. I start the year with 40 titles, then of course add new titles as they are released. I would greatly appreciate if you could take a few moments to vote on my Goodreads poll to help me make my selections for the first 40. https://www.goodreads.com/poll/show/209987
😘
A memoir about using self help books to improve every aspect of her life. This book is a humorously written look at what can happen when you decide to implement the life improvement tips you have gathered from reading numerous self help books into a self improvement mission. The big takeaway I took from reading this is to not take self help books too seriously and to not lose the people who mean the most to you in your quest for self perfection.
I am so excited! I finished this #diamondpainting today while listening to the tagged book. Six months of tiny little gems scattered in my shag carpet and it‘s finally complete! 😊😊😊
Since I put chilli in the crockpot last night, I have alllll afternoon to enjoy reading before I have to leave for work. Is this what being a grown up feels like? Hahaha
This, THIS, is why I have been so busy and have missed some of your wonderful birthday wishes (and missed the discussion of my own pick for our #NYRBBookClub as we drove to pick him up).
Introducing #JohnnyBergen. Feel free to block me right now. 😂😂😂
@LauraBeth and @MicheleinPhilly - you two DID tell me to get another dog. 😄

Hi, Littens! Need recommendations for books where trans characters fall in love. Can be corny as well. Any genre. Thanks 🤗💜
Ok Litsy fam- Vacation is coming up this weekend & we‘re heading to the mountains in the RV! I‘m wanting to take a couple of thrillers with me (and I‘m obviously behind on my physical tbr🤦♀️). Help me choose my vacation reads!!!
Not for me I'm afraid. Felt a bit tedious and self indulgent.
Marianne spends an entire year ( and then some) living by various self help books. The experiment forces her to evaluate her life in ways she never thought she‘d have to. So does self help really help? She answers this with grace and humor.
Marianne Powers decides to change her life by reading a different self-help book each month. She‘s going to lose weight, be healthier, happier, and take control of her finances. At least that‘s the plan. An honest, sometimes humorous, look at the ups and downs of discovering if self-help books really work. If they do, for how long and at what cost?

Old-school self-help promised to help you get rich quick, the new self-help talks about abundance and prosperity mindsets.

I started the tagged book this morning at the auto glass shop while waiting for my windshield to be replaced. Tax refunds are easy come, easy go, I guess!
The premise of Help Me! had the author reading and following one self-help book each month for a year. Month One was tackling fear, so she posed nude, performed stand up, chatted up a guy on the tube, and parallel parked.
What scares you that would you do for such a challenge?
I am trying to live through one of the worst reading slumps I ever remember having 😫😫😫
I am looking for a really well done fantasy/sci fi series that is cool and different but not ridiculous 😬and if all the books are already published that would be amazing
Aaaannndd go...
P.s. I‘m a bit tired of Assassins and European sword and sorcery in general but I‘ll consider anything at this point.
TIA ❤️
I've just picked up a teaching contract for next year and I'm looking to build a little class library! Would love some recommendations of books for 14-15 year olds, thanks guys 💕
Gals I just packaged up our #crossgenre books to send on to @Shadowfat tomorrow morning and realized I forgot to put these in there! 😩So im sticking them in an envelope to send along with the package but can‘t remember if these go with the same book or with different ones!! I think the stickers went with your book @Julie548 and I think the adorable bookmark went with yours @BookwormAHN am I right??
Oh my stars!!!! I walked into the school library today and it is Book Fair week!!!! So many pretty books!!!! So little money!!!!!! I may be in trouble!!!! Uh oh!!!!!
