Well the second half of #HauntedShelf didn‘t go as planned. I read a lot and played a couple games but it didn‘t add up to much.

Here‘s a completely un-book related laugh.
I‘m laying in bed last night and I hear plastic crinkling. I look on the floor and my cat has taken the bread I packed for my lunch off the counter and brought it all the way upstairs to my bedroom! As you can see from the close up someone was trying f to get a few nibbles. All I could do is laugh but we did have a serious talk about being on the counters after. 🤦🏾♀️😹

I finished my books club book, The Weight of Blood and 89% of Lover Forbidden. Both were really good stories and I exceeded my goal of 400 pages. 466/400 to be exact 🙃.

My weekend ended up being more social than I planned but I managed to finish Undead Girl Gang, start and finish The Weight of Blood and start Lover Forbidden.
All three of these books have proven to have twist that I never saw coming. I love it.
I hope you are feeling better and more rested @DieAReader and I hope everyone else is well rested and had some great reads.
I read this years ago. I believe the main characters are some type of witches and they have to fight evil with the power of positivity. Or something like that. Anyway it was the first thing I thought of when I thought of “moon”

I love the amount of readathons when #HauntedShelf comes around. I just like having a reading goal. 🙃 So of course I‘m joining @TheAromaofBooks for a little weekend binge. I‘ve set a goal of 400 pages, we‘ll see how it goes.
