Anybody else experiencing problems with Litsy?

Pictures don't load, neither in the app nor the web version. Not to mention that the web version takes ages to load.

TimSpalding Thanks for the note. We have been having problems with the image server for both LibraryThing and Litsy. We‘ve mitigated it for LibraryThing and are now working on the Litsy app. Things should be fine in an hour or two. 9mo

Das bedeutet, abwarten bis die Server weltweit ein Update hatten. Ich könnte die Einstellungen an meinem Router ändern, aber dann geht ggf was anderes nicht. Ich geb dem ganzen noch einen Tag. Apologies. I had technical difficulties late Sunday night/Monday morning, and then just plain forgot about the readathon yesterday evening. That's probably because I ended up having to abandon it when some stuff came up over the weekend. I only clocked in 2 hours and 8 minutes for the #twelveintwo. Thanks anyway, @Samplergal . I'll try harder next time.

Ok, I‘ve seen a lot of people having trouble with their Litsy app working on their phones. I admit I‘m not a tech expert: I just like tech. It seems to me that deleting the app from your device and then reinstalling it from the app store would help. Removing an app from iOS removes it‘s data on your device. On Android you can go into app settings and delete cache and data. Reinstall from app store and sign in to Litsy. Have your password handy!

writerlibrarian I think a hard factory reset of the router would be something to try. Not just a reboot, unplugging and replugging the router. Very important to have the login factory password that came with the router. The newer ones have it glued under now. 6y

Mdargusch It‘s just annoying it‘s so many things to try since I‘m not technically savvy. I like clicking my app and having it work. 6y

Karkar I actually tried all these things except the DNS and none of it works. I flip between WiFi for everything but Litsy and flip off WiFi to do Litsy. It sucks!!! 6y

I'm trying, #Librarything, I really am. I'm also getting the feeling that the android app is pretty new so maybe that's why we're not getting along. I had an account several years ago & gave up. I just did a mass delete but I have separate collections I can't edit so they're just mocking me. Baby steps...

ShookBelf I found the LT app nigh on useless - it would freeze all the time so I've uninstalled it and just use the main website through Chrome on my phone. 6y
