Thanks to #RushAThon I have made an effort during the weekend & last few days of my holidays and read a ton (for me at least).
I read and finished A Stranger in the House by Shari Lapena which was also my #Doublespin for September;
a reread of Hamlet by Shakespeare (#Reread was my #Bookspin of June)
as well as the biggest achievement - I pushed through the last third and annotations of Jules Verne's 20000 Leagues under the Seas 😖

20000 Leagues under the seas is the book I'm currently reading.
And - NO. I don't relate to any of the characters in this book. In fact, I passionately dislike most of them. It doesn't matter to me all the characters in this book are men so far. (Wow, I just realised not a single woman showed up or was even only mentioned in this book yet... Talk about patrialism in the 19th century 😅)
But that alone wouldn't matter to me. ⤵️

As usual, the goal is not 20 hours, the goal ist to read as much as possible and enjoy the reading time.
For the first two days (tomorrow and Saturday), I've got an extremely tight schedule and very likely not that much time for reading. Well, but then Sunday is free and my holiday starts on Monday, so those two days look promising! 😊

Staying at a beautiful little wine hotel with my boo and a group of friends.
Yet I can hardly enjoy my time there due to gastric spasms, cramps and dizziness... 😔
