
So we tried a LOT of new things for #FoodAndLit #Colombia
It was a little stressful to cook since we had never deep fried before! 🤣 But we cooked plantain (patacones), fried a whole fish, and made rice with coconut milk and cola (a little burnt but still tasty). Timings were tricky!
