Just got my copy from B&N. I‘m so happy the covers match ❤️ I can‘t wait to start this after work 😊
This book gave me all the deep feels ❤️ I was on pins and needles for the outcome and I think the author did a really great job making it romantic and still a little realistic. The characters all had dimensions and personalities that evoked the kind of emotions I live for when reading 😊 I can‘t recommend this book enough ❤️
I picked up my copy at Half Price Book and the cashier was like oh she wrote a sequel? I‘m thinking and they let you work here???? The book was the first display in the front 🤦🏾♀️
This was just delightful ❤️ I loved the continuation of Polly. Huckle and Neil story. I really want a little Puffin bird in my life and fresh bread daily 😊 I can‘t wait to read the next book set at Christmas in December 🎄🎄🎄
I think I just squealed with joy ❤️❤️❤️ please do it right movie universe https://bookstr.com/article/rainbow-rowells-eleanor-park-is-getting-movie-adapta...
This book quickly pulled me from the first page but the book felt too long. The best parts for me was connecting to the places I had visited on my trip to Rome last year. Overall I think it was a good book with some flaws and I plan to read the Da Vinci Code.
I feel I showed an amazing amount of restraint this B&N book haul. I had to get this copy of Carry On to match the new one when it comes out 😊
Very enjoyable and overall charming story. I would only give the book ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because elements of the semi love triangle reminded me of her other book The Bookshop around the corner. But I did love feel of the town and Polly was a very likable character with her pet Puffin. I look forward to reading the next books in the series.
Wahoo! I completed my reading challenge for 2019 :-)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I didn‘t think another Rainbow book could hit me again so hard but this was spectacular! Eleanor was so brilliantly written you felt her every pain and triumph. Park was perfect another book boyfriend ruining real life guys. I just want to hug this book and read it again ❤️
Why did I think my heart could take another Rainbow book ❤️ I‘m already totally invested in Eleanor and Park but still recovering from my Baz and Simon addiction lol Oh books I do ❤️thee
Excuse me while I Fangirl all over this one 😍😍😍 I keep going back and re reading chapters and dialogue because it was just so freaking delicious 😊 Baz and Simon are my new favorite Lit couple and I can‘t wait for the next book!!!!
Loving this so far ❤️
Absolutely loved it! This book was fun and clever. Peter and Nightingale were great characters. The magical world building was fantastic and I enjoyed the London history lessons. I can‘t wait to read the next book in the series.
I‘m a huge fan of the Sherlock movies and TV show but I have never read the original source material. I found this Sherlock and Holmes reimagining interesting in some areas and flat in others. I think the author captured Watson well but I just wasn‘t sold on her version Holmes. The mystery doesn‘t really start until about 100+ pages but overall I enjoyed the concept and will read the next book in the series.
Slow but interesting and the fact that it‘s set in a future based on worse case scenario of current events makes for an unsettling read.
Wow! I absolutely loved this book and the whole series ❤️ Theo and Maddie were both lovable with great chemistry. It was nice seeing Drew/Alexa and Carlos/Nik again. I highly recommend these books 😊
I think having lived the older to a younger sister dynamic this book really spoke to me. I may not have had to clean up after my sisters dead boyfriends but I totally understood that powerful bond. The writing and the characters were all solid. I look forward to reading more from the author and give the book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I‘m about 55 pages in and really enjoying this one.
This is hands down my favorite book of the series😍 The movie just doesn‘t do this book any justice. Ginny‘s character is amazing and you don‘t get one tenth of that in the movie. The ending still chokes me up 😭 This reread went by too fast I‘m not ready for it to end 💔
This is my least favorite book in the series. It should be called Harry Potter and the Order of poor communication. I know Dumbledore admits this is a fault of his at the end but it still drives me nuts. I still enjoyed it because there are so many great things left out of the movie. I wish they had left the ending with the Order confronting the Dursley. On to the next book😊
I saw a few post for #top6reads for 2019 and thought I would share mines. I finally finished the Dark Tower Series and thought it was a great ending overall.
