A big thanks to @Jenna2 for recommending this book to me. One of the best thrillers I've read (or listened to in this case) in a long time. I can't wait to read more by Sharon Bolton.

I really loved this book. I liked the format of being told in the past and the present, until the two merged. For me, this one just had all the feels.

This book was just OK for me. I have to learn to stop reading books that are compared to The Woman on the Train, because it won't be as good. It took me a long time to read this book and I was really just looking for a fast thriller that I couldn't put down. What I got was slow and very put-downable.

I was really reluctant and on the fence about starting this one. It was the razor blade that really grossed me out and I was worried the book would be too gruesome for me. I'm really glad I decided to give it a chance.

Reggie Omg, I love horror, but this one was so Law and Order SVU dark I had to take a break from the genre. Lol, cutting, bullying, Münchausen syndrome, and I‘ll never look at a doll house the same way. It was a lot!!! 6y

This was a nice, quick, easy read. I thought it was well written and I liked the format (knowing the ending and working back from the past). However, the ending fell very flat for me. There was not enough explained of the "why" everything happened. For that reason it is only so-so for me.
