Characters were brilliant, I especially loved Mia, Naev and Aelius. There were still many characters that you knew almost nothing about. But overall the cast was awesome, so was the atmosphere too. This was really mysterious, dark and unique world.

I have mixed feelings about the writing. Sometimes I loved it and it was fun & clever but sometimes I got tired it being so flowery.

This book had many good twists and I loved how they surprised me.

TheSpineView This is on my TBR list. Maybe I should move it up. Great job 3d

Nix was likable main character and it was easy to relate to her. I didn't love the romance. It didn't have a big role in this book but I still wasn't a fan of it.

This had really unique atmosphere and setting felt vivid.

The writing was a bit flowery, sometimes I really liked it but sometimes I felt it tiresome.

The plot itself was solid and fast-pacing, but I felt that this still dragged at some points.

I liked the characters even though some of them left me a bit cold. There was still a nice mixture of them and that gave a nice atmosphere and fleshed out the world. The world was amazing, I really loved some of the creatures. Team hobgoblins!

This made me laugh now and then but the story dragged after the beginning. The last part had more action and was more interesting.

I rooted for Lia and I loved Pauline too! Kaden and Rafe weren't that interesting and could have been fleshed out more. I also adored motherly Berdi, she was was awesome.

I loved Terravin, it was unbelievable beautiful and peaceful village. Otherwise this world was quite cruel and ugly.

I was surprised how unique this felt. This made me feel and the story gave some surprises too.

I loved Selina, she was tough but at the same time had a good heart. Luke was likable too, but not as interesting as Selina. I also adored Ivy & Harley and the group's chemistry and friendship.

This had the same kind of atmosphere than Gotham tv-series!

I was surprised! I always love that and somehow I was really blind - or blinded - and didn't guess where things were going. I really loved the ending for that reason.

I read a Finnish nature book and didn't really love it. Characters weren't likable or should have been fleshed out more.

I didn't like the armosphere either because this felt quite depressing.

There were some nice nature descriptions but there could have been more of them.

I think the biggest problem with this book was that there were three different timelines and they all started immediately. So you had to get into three stories.

I liked Nona: her childlikeness was lovable, but I was a bit disappointed how amnesia was used again in this series.

I loved post-apocalyptic world in this book.

Writing is sometimes fun and clever but those sentences are buried deep between unnecessary babbling to really shine out.

You could see some plot at least now and then. But this also felt a filler because there were mundane scenes that didn't get the story move forward.

Tiny should have been main character because he was the most interesting character. Otherwise characters were quite flat.

This wasn't really beautiful book: friend talked about and to their friends horrible and treated them terrible.

Some sentences made me laugh out loud and some made me ponder things - it's refreshing to see adults' problems from teen's view.

Unbelievable but I loved the atmosphere even more! It was everything I could have imagined and a bit more. It was horrid, a bit gore, dangerous, creepy, dark!

This was really intriguing adventure, even though I hated how the ending left so much open.

Characters were really well written: I really felt how disgusting Humbert's mind was but at the same time it was interesting to follow his way of thinking and see things through criminal's mind.

This was really disturbing to read but that means this was really well written.

Writing tooke a while to get to used to and I personally can't say I loved it that much.

I think this dragged at some point. The ending was again more thrilling.

I loved the characters, they were likable and easy to relate to. Secondary characters were great too.

I was a bit disappointed how little this felt like a story setting at ranch. This wasn't that dense with suspense either and I was waiting for this to be a bit more mysterious.

This was okay read, entertaining and simple. And the last part of the book started to be a bit thrilling too.

It wasn't really easy to relate to characters, I don't know why. At least romance came almost as a surprise and it wasn't gradually builded.

I remember how I loved the first book, but this didn't have likewise horrifying atmosphere. There were scenes that had potential to get me scared but they failed doing that.

Simi was an awesome character: she was easy to relate to and feel for. Unfortunately other characters were less developed.

I really loved how this was based on African mythology, it was really fascinating!

I didn't find the plot being that unique: it was quite usual, only setting and mythology spicing it. The basic storyline was an average.

Every chapter is like it's own story and this didn't have the best imaginable flow that books can have. Time has also done some things and when nowadays readers can make their own conclusions here everything is told to you and there is no room for own thoughts.

It took some time to remember names of some secondary characters because they were so flat. I didn't care for characters.

Somehow all the action and tight situations left me cold. This was somehow interesting but could have been so much more.

This was really political book: It's always interesting to see who is betraying who and what are someone's motives. It was a bit too clear who are good and bad ones. The one plot twist at the beginning was also too easy to guess.
