1. My hand is healing & the dr ok‘d traveling. So…
2. I‘m spending the weekend with my daughter.
3. Sherlock brings me joy and love every day. He‘s my partner in crime, naps, reading, coffee breaks, etc.
4. Hubby made cheesecake and we took to my parents‘ house. We enjoyed it with coffee and conversation.
5. Butterflies! They always bring me joy. 🦋🦋🦋

I had my first post-op dr appointment and physical therapy session. My new knuckle is healing well. Still much swelling, stiffness and soreness but I‘m on the mend.

Tomorrow I‘ll have a new knuckle. My joint replacement surgery is tomorrow morning and then I‘ll be in a splint for a while. Of course, it‘s my dominant hand so I‘ll be very limited in what I can do for a couple of months.

pickI have enjoyed all the books I‘ve read by this author. I hadn‘t read the blurb before starting this one so I was pleasantly surprised that it took place in NC. Some nice twists and a satisfying ending.
