Well, better let the cat out of the bag! I haven‘t been posting much on Litsy lately because I‘ve started a business and it‘s been a crazy ride so far! I renovated my downstairs into a kitchen to create homemade candy and sweets 🍭 and we are already having so many people wanting orders! I am also doing book themed candies based off of new and upcoming books, and these are so fun to recreate! I can‘t wait to start reading again once the business⬇️

One of my favorite books from the Bible ❤️

I first read this about 11 years ago, and didn‘t like it at all and became easily bored. I‘ve matured over the years with my reading and thought I‘d give this series another go. Boy am I glad that I did! I‘m loving this the second time around and I‘m so happy that my love for fantasy has grown as well ⚔️🛡️

I‘d be lying if I said I didn‘t buy this for the cover. The woman on the front looks like me, so I had to put it in my basket 😂

My favorite booktuber Haley Pham mentioned how much she really liked this book a while back, so I‘m finally digging it off my shelves. I‘m about 100 pages in, and I have no idea why I didn‘t get to it sooner! I love the writing, the pacing, and even though it‘s a tragic and heartbreaking read at times, I know our main character is going to be alright in the end ❤️

Brought some reading on a little getaway to Virginia ❤️ I‘ve heard nothing but praise for this series, so nothing to it but to do it!

I picked this up on a whim at my local B&N, and that cover is certainly what drew me in 🫐 Not to mention, the storyline sounds fantastic and we vacationed on a blueberry farm in Maine a few months back. I‘m saving this read for my upcoming trip to South Carolina, but I might have to crack it open sooner 😝

I scored an awesome deal at the local used bookstore today! The Usborne books I got for my son which were never opened (originally an $80 value) for only $20! And the rest were for myself, priced at $3 each. It‘s always a good day when you find some deals on great books 📚

A little Friday night reading 📖 I‘ve never read the entire Narnia series, and so far I‘m enjoying it a lot.🦁

I‘m not 100% sure about this…I loved Lowe and Misery, but the spice was definitely a little weird for me. Loved the storyline, and loved the characters, but the suggestion for a sequel kind of caught me off guard a little. This was still a lot of fun though, like all of Ali‘s books are

I wasn‘t ready for the many tears to form in my eyes while reading this. Beautifully heartbreaking, and I believe this is the authors debut novel. I‘ll be looking for more of her in the future.

It‘s that time of the month again! I‘m so excited about these April #bookspin books…last month was a lot of thriller, so I‘m excited to settle down a bit with these. So far I‘ve read every #bookspin book that has been chosen off my tbr, so I‘m hoping to keep it going strong. This is such a fun way to knock out that tbr!

A lot of my booktubers that I follow couldn‘t get enough of this romance, so I thought I‘d give it a go. I liked it, I wouldn‘t go as far as saying I loved it, but it was a fun and fluffy quick read. I like that the main characters nickname was “Lemon.” 🍋

I can‘t even begin to tell you how perfect everything is @Chrissyreadit 💛 Everything about this package made me smile, but most importantly, getting to know you and our emails back and forth to one another has been such a beautiful thing! I can‘t wait to read the Chronicles of Prydain novels with my son, it‘s going to be an incredible epic adventure! This #litsyfoundfamilyswap has been absolutely amazing!

Woah, I had no idea this book was going to be so dark and disturbing. What the heck did I even read?! It was good, confusing at times, but the author wrapped it up very well. What a twisted story, and one that I think is actually going to haunt me a little!
