I‘m trying to get all my summer reads finished before the end of my vacation, because I know for a fact that once I go home, I‘ll be in the mood for all things autumnal 🍁🍂

Thought this would be the perfect beach read at the OBX this week 🌊 This is my first book I‘ve ever read by Monaghan and I‘m having a good time so far!

I met this author last night, bought her book, and I‘m already 100 pages in and loving it! What a gem of a woman Stein is, and this medieval novel is keeping me entranced from the first page. I can‘t seem to put it down #medieval #renaissance #womenknights #feminine #bravewomenarenotfictional

Every summer, me and my best friend buddy read Riley‘s newest release. I thought I‘d do a fun ranking from my favorite Sager thriller to my least favorite! As you can tell, I‘m more of a fan from his earlier works and his last one left me disappointed and not satisfied at all. Hopefully next year will be better 🤷‍♀️

I‘m a little over halfway of Sagers new novel, but so far not much has happened…at all. This is a bit different than his previous novels, so I think that‘s why I‘m a bit more harsh with it. I‘m a huge Riley Sager fan since his books take place where I live, but this one isn‘t doing it for me so far. I‘ll continue on though and hope it gets better, or at least a bit more interesting!

A rainy Saturday calls for a good cozy mystery ❤️ Vera is definitely a pip! This is my book clubs June pick, and so far I‘m highly enjoying it, especially Vera! 🐲🥢

I live next to a lake, so I always loved reading Carley Fortunes fun lakeside novels. And this one didn‘t disappoint! I don‘t want to say too much about Charlie, but I really connected with him. He lost both of his parents at a young age due to health reasons, and I also lost my dad to that same thing his Dad died from. So I know exactly how he feels, and his thoughts. I connected with him a lot, and loved Alice!

I‘ve been binge watching BookTube and the new Epic Universe at universal videos. I now want my next vacation at Universal Studios lol 😂

I was so hoping to get some reading done after my surgery, but that‘s definitely not happening for at least a few days. Or at least until my swelling goes down and I don‘t feel like I got hit by a train 🚂 Gilmore Girls binge watching it is then ❤️

I‘ve heard so many mixed reviews on Reckless and Fearless, but so far I‘m having a good time with this one! I‘m over halfway and the only thing that is truly bothering me is the whole Paedyn and Kai relationship tension. I generally hate books like that and I just want to smack them both and say “just kiss and makeup already!” But, that‘s just me 🤷‍♀️

Long time no see Litsy fam! I go in for septorhinoplasty surgery next week and I‘m hoping to get some reading done during recovery (wishful thinking lol) but has anybody ever had this procedure done before? My nose is collapsed internally and externally and I have a severe deviated septum and can‘t breathe through my nose at all. I‘m so nervous and was wondering is there anybody I can confide in? I‘m finally reading Emily Henry! ☀️🌞

Well, better let the cat out of the bag! I haven‘t been posting much on Litsy lately because I‘ve started a business and it‘s been a crazy ride so far! I renovated my downstairs into a kitchen to create homemade candy and sweets 🍭 and we are already having so many people wanting orders! I am also doing book themed candies based off of new and upcoming books, and these are so fun to recreate! I can‘t wait to start reading again once the business⬇️

I first read this about 11 years ago, and didn‘t like it at all and became easily bored. I‘ve matured over the years with my reading and thought I‘d give this series another go. Boy am I glad that I did! I‘m loving this the second time around and I‘m so happy that my love for fantasy has grown as well ⚔️🛡️

I‘d be lying if I said I didn‘t buy this for the cover. The woman on the front looks like me, so I had to put it in my basket 😂

My favorite booktuber Haley Pham mentioned how much she really liked this book a while back, so I‘m finally digging it off my shelves. I‘m about 100 pages in, and I have no idea why I didn‘t get to it sooner! I love the writing, the pacing, and even though it‘s a tragic and heartbreaking read at times, I know our main character is going to be alright in the end ❤️

Brought some reading on a little getaway to Virginia ❤️ I‘ve heard nothing but praise for this series, so nothing to it but to do it!

I picked this up on a whim at my local B&N, and that cover is certainly what drew me in 🫐 Not to mention, the storyline sounds fantastic and we vacationed on a blueberry farm in Maine a few months back. I scored an awesome deal at the local used bookstore today! The Usborne books I got for my son which were never opened (originally an $80 value) for only $20! And the rest were for myself, priced at $3 each. It‘s always a good day when you find some deals on great books 📚
