Day 15 of #bookfitnesschallenge I was able to get a little of The Fill-In Boyfriend read today and I am very happy with my step count today!!!! I am so proud of everyone working hard towards their goals!!! We are doing awesome!!!

Gonna try to bake something out of the book mentioned for this post in order to see if i like the book enough to buy it.
So, I tried to make a pretty picture like last week and my computer told me halfway through that there wasn't enough space on the disk. At this point, I think my laptop is revolting. This week I did well at drinking at least 3 cups of water a day, which is 3 cups more than normal. I haven't had soda 4 of the 7 days. I spent more time active. For next week, I focus on more water, more activity.
I‘ve finished off my first book for #24B4monday I started this yesterday, on my way to work, and just finished it while getting in some steps for #BookFitnessChallenge. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The narrators were great, and the story had me intrigued from cover to cover. A definite recommend!

#bfc #bookfitnesschallenge update. This last week I missed the mark again. Only getting yoga in 1 day out of 4 and only walking 3 miles out of 10. I know my schedule is wild right now but I also think my discipline is lacking. I recognize this and will try to do better. Today I went on a hike with my sister who is visiting from Phoenix . We walked some new trails at the Garden of the Gods.
Great day! Backcountry hiking with just the trees. Went off trail after 50 yards where no one had been lately (no shoe prints in the snow). Had soup, 4 cups of coffee and read my favorite book. If I had the means I'd live in the middle of nowhere and not do a gods damn thing. #bfc #bookfitnesschallenge @wanderinglynn
