I didn‘t manage many updates/comments last week for the #bookfitnesschallenge, but I kept up my walks & finished 1 book! I was dragging yesterday, but did a short walk around my work campus, which turned into a normal-length walk b/c I didn‘t want to stop my audiobook—great motivator! Pictured: garden wildlife!

✅1 book completed (now at 4/12)

1. All the wonderful and motivating #BookFitnessChallenge posts. Everyone has really embraced the idea and is doing such a fantastic job both with their own goals as well as supporting the rest of the team. ❤️❤️❤️
2. Finishing my #MysteryMessageSwap so I can get it in the mail, writing some #justbecause correspondence, resting a bit from this week of travel, and hopefully getting a hike or two in.

This one gets its own post because it‘s for both #24b4Monday and #bookfitnesschallenge #bfc

This was such a beautiful book. It was heartbreaking and deeply healing in equal measure. Even though it was fictional, it struck on some very real themes in an honest and inspiring way. It was a short and wonderful religious book that is worth the read!

I modified my goals in week 2 - Friday is my rest day, I also tried to slightly increase my walking distance.
Bookish goals: 2 books - I finished two books, but I‘m still behind for one printed book, because of the doorstopper from week 1. Fitness goals: 21km ➡️ 26,9 km, workouts for 3 hours ➡️ 2h30 min, and I couldn‘t went to yoga class this week, because of the working schedule. Not hugely successful week, but I‘m still glad with my progress 😊

Week 2 of the #BookFitnessChallenge wasn't as successful as week 1. I'm a little behind with all my goals but I'm hoping to catch up the next couple of weeks.
I'm teaching myself how to knit so that has taken up some time. And then there's the EU parliament election and the Danish general election where I try to follow debates, so my reading time is limited. Hopefully I'll finish tagged 📖 this weekend! #BFC

End of Week 2 Update Post:
I finished 6 books, getting me to 12/12 for my book goal.
I walked or ran/walked 6/4 days this week, exceeding my goal.
I had 19 extra update posts + this official update post (3 pts) + 140 comments on posts = 162 points this week, 418 points total. (I started commenting so much because I'm competitive, but now I love chatting with y'all so much! 💕 Still competitive though 😉)

Caterina @RachelO Thanks! The fastest I ever listen to an audiobook is 1.2x if the narrator is slow - actually, I finished undergrad May 6, got surgery May 10, and wrapped up my youth director job that same week, so this challenge has basically been my full time job. 😂 Without it to motivate me, I would have very little meaning in my life at the moment. 🤣 3h
