I enjoyed the psychological parts of this book, but I felt that there was a lot missing. The writing was good, but cloudy at a lot of times for me. I needed more answers than what we‘re given.

Book #3 of my #bookfitnesschallenge is in! I‘ve never read a whole book in one day (although I‘ve wanted to), but today I really needed to keep my anxiety at bay so I just kept on trucking. Not working helped too 😂.

Book #1 is complete for the #bookfitnesschallenge ! These were cool stories, some political parts I could do without, but they‘re not overbearing. I enjoy these because they‘re always a fast chaptered fast read!

For day one of my #bookfitnesschallenge I picked a 15 minute strength workout from this book, and did 15 minutes on the elliptical before work this morning! I am currently on the treadmill for a little extra cardio today!
My goals are : at least 30 minutes of cardio and/or strength training at least 4 days a week // 10 minutes of stretching, and less calories consumed for lunch everyday!!
