This 🙌🏽 is a real struggle… I completely agree _lilau aka Lau 🙌🏽
1. Self-care. Need to value my mental health more.
2. Usage of social media
3. So far is quite an ambitious word... But lately I can say is the realization that is ok to get help from others.

I'm going to my little sister's baby shower this weekend! She's having her first child in June. I'm so excited to spoil my new niece! 😍🤩
1. Time in nature.
2. Gossip and Drama - particularly at work 🙄
3. My marriage. I've been with K since we were 20 & 21 (married after 9 years). 24 years later, we're still ride or die. 💓
#WondrousWednesday
1) Exercise, Travel
2) Insomnia, sugar
3) My kids, both hard working, decent human beings but especially my hell on wheels ADHD son. That was a ride!
Tagging everyone! Loved today‘s question and the time to think about how to work towards 1 and 2.

I had my first post-op dr appointment and physical therapy session. My new knuckle is healing well. Still much swelling, stiffness and soreness but I‘m on the mend.
This is the travel mug I got in the care package from the #LitsyLove group. I love it!
Want to share @Eggs @TheSpineView @dabbe

1. More sweets without the concern for weight gain or disease.
2. Less work day hours.😂😂
3. Bringing my alma mater its first charter of my sorority. We made history last month!
Our 9-month-old great-nephew came to visit! (He brought his parents, too. 😉) It was such a joy to witness his first sight of the ocean, first time he put his toes in the sand and waves. 🌊🏖️☀️💙

1. To stop overthinking everything.
2. Allowing other people‘s bad vibes affect me!
3. My daughter. Watching the strong and sweet teenager that she is reminds me every day that I‘m doing it right.
No surprises here, except for my neighbors in WI. I may need to float some banned books across the river. 😒

Thanks for the tag, @TheSpineView 💙
1. Time & money to travel and visit my kids more often.
2. Medical issues and migraines
3. My family
Want to play @Gissy @Crazeedi @UwannaPublishme
#WondrousWednesday
1) More hanging out with my best friend… seems that we‘re at a stage where we see each other infrequently.
2) Less drama and more justice in the world around me.
3) My husband and the life we‘ve built together. This July will be 30 years since we met and I‘m grateful for every moment.

I read Raise The Roof a while back, Carrie Soto is on my tbr! (NF & F books)
Happy Wednesday and Happy 3rd week of April!
Everyone can play🥳
1-Just a bit more disposable income so I could travel more. And more peace and quiet
2-The repetitive house chores, and noise in general
3-Achievement of particular life goals, and having 3 wonderful, kind-hearted, successful daughters. I‘m so grateful 🩵🙏🏻🩵

1. Is it vacation yet? 😂
2. Oh man my brain has no idea today lol
Thanks @peaKnit @Kshakal @TheSpineView #two4Tuesday
The album Boys & Girls by Alabama Shakes has been serving up the dopamine for me this week.

Everyone meet harry… 🕷️ he/she is a jumping spider in Washington state so while I don‘t mind spiders I don‘t really like the jumping part so I let him/her stay by the window and now I can‘t find him/her 👀 so I‘m just sitting here waiting for when he/she jumps out of its hiding spot 👀🕷️

I love this video (a little creepy vibe) and cover of one of my favorite Queen songs featuring Lindsey Stirling who I also love.

So I‘ve been finding some good songs on my Spotify-curated lists lately. I put on “Evening Mix” last night when I was writing, and this came on. It just really hit hard. I‘m excited to listen to more by him. (But I‘ve been listening to dance music to get me through the day today!) #TuesdayTunes

For this week's #tuesdaytunes I would like to highlight a musical passion that I've had since high school: classical music. Despite the flannel, baggy jeans,, chain wallet, smashing pumpkins zero t-shirt & backpack with favorite punk/alternative/indie bands written on them; there was a good chance that although side A of the tape in my walkman would be a mixed tape with Madness, Nirvana, Fiona Apple & Alice in Chains...when you turned it (CONT)
My #CurrentStack . Goal is to finish them all by the end of April. 🫣

Hey Littens! I'm heading to Berlin in a couple weeks and wondering if you all have any recommendations of places to visit, eat, read?
Gahhhh, she's so soggy!!!!
@Soubhiville You mentioned following Pickles' adventures yesterday, but the adventures at the moment consist mainly of complaining about the menu and (presently) drying off her wet floofs on me 🙈🙈🙈

Finally finished “Neverwhere“ on last Wednesday. The rest were read during #DeweysReadathon. It's been a good week.
My hold for “Toxic Prey“ came in this morning and I started it over lunch. Love Lucas and Letty Davenport!
Next is a Gray Man novel-these books on average take 7-10 days to read so I'm prepared for a lot excitement and intensity.

You are all wonderful 💙
I‘m a bit late for #5JoysFriday (and #4 isn‘t true today, although it gives me the joy of an excuse to stay in and read. 😸)
Thanks for the tag, @DebinHawaii 😘
Combined #BookReport and #WeeklyForecast :
Last week I managed to complete a few titles and bailed on one book. Hamish Macbeth seems less like the Columbo of the Scottish Highlands with R.W. Green taking up the reins from M.C. Beaton. And Nancy‘s adventures at Red Gate Farm were more enjoyable to read than her time at Shadow Ranch.
This week, I need to finish my reread of Mr. Churchill‘s Secretary for IRL book club. We‘ll see what else happens!
