CatLass007 @willaful it played on Amazon Prime Video, right? I haven‘t had that for a while so there‘s another good reason that I didn‘t watch it. But I found out that I qualify for something called prime access so instead of paying $14.99 per month I pay $6.99 per month plus tax. So I have been 12 months without prime video and I signed up for the free trial and will pay at the end of June for the first month. 1mo

CatLass007 I really enjoyed The Spectacular when we read it last year for #LiteraryCrew. All of Fiona Davis‘s historical fiction novels have as a home base New York City landmarks. If someone only has the time to visit one museum in New York City, the New York City Public Library would be my recommendation. And of course, books! 2mo

CatLass007 The Met is also amazing. Years ago a friend of mine and I went to an Impressionist exhibition and I fell in love with a portrait by Van Gogh. I can‘t remember who the subject was, but I don‘t really like portraits. I saw the Mona Lisa in the Louvre and I just shrugged. But the Louvre is where I first fell in love with Pointalism and Impressionism. But next time you go to the City, go to the Library. You will be in awe. 2mo

CatLass007 Yes, I read the first one and I adored it! I‘ve also read Under the Whispering Door and it‘s marvelous. I am now a huge fan of TJ Klune and intend to actually buy every book that he writes. Or every audiobook I mean. CatLass007 I‘ve had Fredrik Backman‘s Beartown in my Audible library for a while now. Audible is beta testing its Maven search. You enter a prompt for what type of book you want to listen to which, in this case, I entered “freezing locale.” Maven will bring up about a dozen books that might fit that description. It‘s not always effective but this time it was. Two of the books on Maven‘s list are in my collection. Others need to be purchased.

CatLass007 The reason main reason I decided to change is because the same woman narrates As the Underworld Turns (Good to the Last Demon, Book 1) also narrates the series Good to the Last Death. Both are about 40 year old women trying to start over and are told in the first person. I‘ve listened to the entire series that‘s available and I‘m not hearing Cecile, the protagonist for this new series, I‘m still hearing Daisy from the first series I listened to. 9mo
