I‘m reading the Sarah Orne Jewett b/c of the podcast “One Bright Book” and it takes time to digest.

The bottom two are also slower for me #hashtagbrigade and #DoorstopKristen #KLBR .

mcctrish It was a really long chapter that seemed to go off on tangents but, for me, Preston is bad and everyone is obsessed with Osborne for no reason 2h

They all have different due dates so it‘s manageable and most are light and easy

Cuilin I‘m not sure I would want to get between Mr. Gibson and his cheese. eeclayton @ElizaMarie I agree that Mr G is rather late. It's weird that he tends to (both him and Mrs K actually) treat Molly like a little child but expect her to behave in a mature way. Also, Lydia Bennet had been married for over a year when she was Molly's age. Not that she'd be a good role model, I'm just comparing life stages. 3d

eeclayton @Cuilin manipulation is one thing, but what really bugs me is that she doesn't want to invite her own daughter to the wedding so that she can't outshine her. Just awful. And then there's the matter of the cheese!
