BarbaraBB No! I am so sorry because I‘ve left for Germany now myself… but I do live with my sister and she‘ll receive the package when it arrives. I‘ll be home the 29th and will open it immediately 😘 (edited) 12mo

Yuki_Onna @BarbaraBB Barbara, I found the receipt with the tracking number again & tracked the parcel. It says that it arrived on 12 December already, but that you refused the delivery.
The parcel is now being sent back to me as acceptance was refused. There must have been a mistake! I don't think you'd refuse acceptance of a parcel with the #jolabokaflod on it. I am so shocked.
What shall we do now? I haven't got the lightest idea.😩

BarbaraBB Wow, that is bizarre! Of course I wouldn‘t have refused it. I never received a mention about it. Mail is really being messy. I wouldn‘t ask you to send it again and make costs again. It‘s just bad luck. 🤷🏻‍♀️😘 12mo

I'm just so disappointed and angry at them because now you @BarbaraBB won't have a #jolabokaflod surprise on Christmas.😠
I curated (jep, really curated 😅) your package so lovingly while travelling in Finland, and now DHL has messed this up completely&you don't have a parcel waiting for you on Christmas... 11mo

Yuki_Onna @BarbaraBB You're welcome! The parcel has been returned to me now. I've fiped a complaint with DHL and hope they will refund the postage and return fee I had to pay. 😤🤬 An additional fee for not doing their job & not delivering the parcel to you and ruining our #jolabokaflod 😤
As soon as DHL sends me an answer, I'm going to post the parcel again, ok? Let's hope for the best!🤞
