Checking in for Week 2 of #BFCr4 !!!!

▪︎I completed 2 out of 8 books and am reading 2 more 📚
▪︎Junk food was limited to weekend this time too 🥞
▪︎Theres some progress on meditation. It's not a complete zero like last time 🙈
▪︎Cardio target on point 🏃‍♀️
▪︎Need to stop putting off yoga 🧘‍♀️

Last week was kind of meh for me because I got a head cold in the middle of it. The main books I was reading went to library purgatory because they expired before I finished them. If I don't reach my step goal this week I may reduce my goal. I maintained my weight this week at least 😅 Next Sunday is the blood drive so I'm focusing on iron rich food this week. 🧛🏻‍♀️ @AsYouWish @bookwormjillk @BookNerd9906 @erinreads #BFC #BFCr4 @wanderinglynn

So not the best first week, but I traveled for work 3 days and it‘s just been flat-out. Morning meditation is harder to remember for this night owl than expected! I might tweak that goal and my step goal a bit since I failed to track consistently. At least I am paying attention and thinking about my health, which is the first step! #BFCR4 #TeamSpellbinders

It wasn‘t the worst week. I didn‘t get all my steps in, but I did take short walks everyday and get all my housework done yesterday. And I finished another book! #BFCr3

How is this the last check in?!?! It wasn‘t the perfect week I hoped for but given how busy it was I am really pleased!! A bit disappointed I didn‘t hit my audiobook goal however I did choose HP and the Goblet of fire and Order of the Phoenix to listen to so there wasn‘t time for a third!

Thank you to @wanderinglynn @Hestapleton and #BookDragons for getting me through and keeping me positive! Bring on round 3!!!

I volunteered at the library Thursday for the summer reading picnic. I was there from 9:30-4:00, helping set up tents and games, fetching and clean up. I definitely got more than 30 minutes of cardio done. I felt like I was hit by a bus on Friday. I feel like I had a good week even though I didn‘t quite make my goals.

Week 2 check in

It was a rather busy and stressful week. I had very little spare time so not a lot of organising got done and sticking to my diet went out the window. I tried to make healthy choices for breakfast and lunch but dinner was usually off plan as I had to grab something quick when I had a chance.

I‘m a bit behind on reading too but who knows what next week will bring!

Some of you may be worried/frustrated that you‘re not hitting your goals. ***I haven‘t made all mine either!***

That‘s the point—to stretch yourself. As long as you‘re still aiming for your goal & haven‘t quit, then you‘re making PROGRESS!

But if you‘re frustrated, take a look. Do you need to adapt your goal? If so, DO IT! You got this! 🙌🏻 And we will cross the finish line together!

wanderinglynn @jillannjohn It‘s not as bad as it seems. It does take prep work. This first week is the hardest, especially if you‘re like me and a sugar addict. But by the end of 30 days, my energy was great—no afternoon slumps and I slept way better, my skin was brighter & clearer (my rosacea was nearly gone), and I lost 11 pds (which was a happy bonus). 6mo

Check in time! Feeling good! I met my step and yoga goal! On track with my book goal and they have been great audio books so far! Hopefully I can make it a habit! started with 22 points now up to 40 even!Here‘s to all of us keeping it up in week two! 😁
