Hey @suvata and anyone else with the answer, when is the next round of #LMPBC? I missed this time and really want to get in again!

LibrarianRyan I think it would be for November. Because I'm on book 2 for Sep, which makes books 4 October. So new round November, unless they skip the holidays? I don't remember. 2d
suvata I will start the sign-ups in the middle of October. So, @LibrarianRyan is correct. The next round will officially start on November 1. 1d

Soooo.... This week I have filled up an entire book journal with everything but book stuff so I'm transferring my book notes to a dedicated BOOK ONLY journal. This after an unending panic attack and bout of depression put me in the ER Friday. Today: I made it back to work and I even had ONE good thought while there. True it was thank god a coworker is off tomorrow but.... That's beside the point #SmallGoalsHere

jessinikkip Unfortunately I can also chalk this up to another missed 24 hour readathon with @TheReadingMermaid and @Andrew65 .... Starting to think Im just not meant to do these at this point! 😄 3w

Bullet Journal | Bujo International

I need some help! Does anyone else here do a book journal for the year or a book bullet journal? I want to get into journaling for my reading more, and could use some ideas of spreads or pages or ways of doing it that have helped. I've been all over Pinterest already. My current method is just a regular small spiral notebook that's really a catch-all for anything books, but I'm looking for something better. Any help appreciated

RaimeyGallant I've seen some beautiful ones on here, but can't remember who made them! 2mo

jessinikkip Thanks guys! The spreads on the hashtag are gorgeous. I saw some of @Clwojick on there and I'm so jealous! I'll take a look at yours @kezzlou85 ! 2mo
kezzlou85 @jessinikkip I always forget the #. Some people are so creative. Mine aren't quite as good but maybe as a beginning, I do enjoy doing it. 2mo
jessinikkip I agree. Ive been experimenting for the end of the year in a dot bullet journal and like it, even if mine are pretty simple. I'm slowly getting better. Early December I'll get one for 2020 and by then have all these things figures out 2mo
Soubhiville I use a spreadsheet in addition to my book journal, that way I can look at graphs at the end of the year for fun ratios such as m/f, POC, queer, setting locations, owned/borrowed, print/ebook/audio, and %of bails. It takes a little while at the end of each month to transfer all the info from my journal to the spreadsheet, but the results make it worthwhile to me. 😊 2mo
jb72 I‘m getting ready to start a book journal too. Check out YouTube. There aren‘t a lot on there, but there are some really good ones. 2mo
Clwojick Hey! Thanks for the tag @kezzlou85 😍😍 I like to use my cricut to create stickers to help fill in some blank areas. I also check Instagram and Pinterest for inspiration. I use the #BulletJournal #bujo and #journaling tags the most. And I normally post under this book 2mo
audraelizabeth I use a discbound journal and then pages i enjoy i can add in. 2mo

This was a pretty good book about two missing girls, taken 13 years apart. I was drawn in at the beginning to figure out who Olivia was and why she was so important. Why would the same person kidnap her 10 years after his last victim escaped? I couldn't figure out who the kidnapper was, even with a small cast of characters and it kept me guessing until the end.

Louise You are lovely just as you are! I remember a moment Ann Lamott shared about going shopping with her dear friend who had cancer. Ann started complaining about all the things she didn‘t like about her appearance, and her friend stopped her and said, “You don‘t have time for that.” What a profound insight! For this week I walked a total of 56,214 steps and read 615 pages. I have finished 5 out of 6 books. There were 2 days this week I didn't meet my step goal of 2500 per day. Both days were days a migraine was starting so I took it easy. I think that I'll have to lower my steps to 2000 for the next half. I'll also add books so I plan to read 9 by the end

I have given up so many times on so many things for different reasons. Either it was too extreme or started out too hard, or I didn't see results fast enough. I've always focused on my physical fitness. For #BFCr2 I change that. My goals are to spend time every day doing something relaxing, to read, to reach 2500 steps (doable on my worst day) and to do things that make me feel good. So this is my book nook now that I finally have it set up. It has 4 shelves, one on each of the walls around and the chair in the middle. I'm so glad I finally found a place for the shelves and a use for that weird cutoff in the room. Plus it blocks off the entry way to the attic and additional closet, which I'm really weird about.

Mehso-so

This book was a so-so, mostly I think because I'm not a huge romance fan, but really, just a so-so Christmas romance book for me.

Pickpick

Based on the 5 pages of notes, this had to have been a good book. There are 20 steps to writing a book, and the author explains each and at the end gives an example of the entire process. As a beginner author, I appreciated this book

Bailedbailed

Way too much tension between the main characters like they hate each other but theyll have sex. They love each other but they wanna kill each other, "Love at first bite" nonsense. Just could not get into it

Thanks to a huge migraine, its 6PM here and Im just getting up for the day. But never fear, I have had a snuggle buddy all day. Every time I would roll over he was right there looking at me like "okay, we better or what?" So much for a walk for #bfc today

DGRachel I totally understand. I‘ve battled them for more than 25 years and I swear they just keep getting worse. 😔 Here‘s hoping yours is completely gone by tomorrow morning! 4mo

A Hunter Under the Mistletoe is technically two shorter books about the same brothers. All is Bright by Addison Fox is the first and its good. Im onto the second, Heat of a Helios by Karen Whiddon
