Team #BFC2022 - can you believe March is almost here?

I started out strong but then waned this last week. I'm rallying to finish the month on a high note to get ready for March. For Mar, I need to refocus my nutrition goal.

julesG February was a bit up and down for me. Hoping better/spring weather might help me get out into nature some more. 2y
MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm I‘ve been doing great with my reading goals, pretty good with my fitness and nutrition goals (I‘ve skimped on a day here and there), but not doing so great with keeping up with my hobbies/daily journaling. I‘m so exhausted by the end of every day that I struggle to fit everything in. 😮‍💨😴😅 2y

TheAromaofBooks I've gotten a lot more regular about my morning exercise, so I'm really excited about that. I'm hoping the warmer weather (it's going to get warmer, right??) will get me back into walking in the evenings again!! And I reeeeally need to reduce my snacky cake intake 😂 I seem to do better during the week, than fall apart a bit on the weekends!! 2y

wanderinglynn @MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm I schedule time one day a week for hobbies and do my daily journal right before bed. Maybe you need more relax time. It‘s hard to do everything you want in a day. 2y

BarkingMadRead I completed my 10 books! My other goal was to close my rings every day, and I missed 1 day. I had bronchitis so I‘m letting that go lol 2y

Allylu As of last Tuesday, I am 3.3 lbs. away from my goal of losing 50 lbs. by my birthday on March 13! I know I can do it! My reading isn‘t going as well, hopefully 7 books in February. But March WILL be better because it‘s Middle Grade March and it was my best reading month last year. Here we go! 😊📚💕🎉 2y

CoffeeNBooks Life threw me a curveball this month, so I didn't exercise much, and I'm pretty sure I had plenty of snacks after 8:00. But, I read several books that I really liked, and I posted my "Things I Loved Today" on Facebook most days. So all in all, still a successful month. ? 2y

Deepakk I am 27 year old, and I am don't know how to earn money, because my financial condition is not good, i am so confusing now myself and I lost my confidence 2y
wanderinglynn @Deepakk I suggest setting small, manageable goals & then building on those goals each month. You may also consider working with a career planner and financial planner to help get you on track. 2y

Remember, we all have different ways to decompress, our tanks empty at different rates, & what self-care means for you is not what it means for someone else. Self-care is not a one-size-fits-all thing. Nourish yourself in ways that work for you.

Bookwormjillk Thanks @wanderinglynn My walking/reading goal is a little different this month. I‘m doing #NonfictionNovember so my goal is to walk while listening to a podcast 5 days a week. I also need to find a way to spend some regular time alone during this very people intense month. All other goals remain the same. Good luck all! 2y
julesG I fell off the wagon in October. This will be a new start for me. 2y
bnp After a stressful September I've gotten back to cooking & the gym. So exercise goal this month is to continue weekly water aerobics & add yoga/core/pilates as my schedule allows. 2y
bnp Keep cooking! I'm so proud of myself today. Yesterday was my one day off after 6 on, and I managed to grocery shop, core/balance class, and cook enough for lunch this week. 2y
Crazeedi @wanderinglynn I have been off for so long, I don't know if I can get back on. I hope to just be able to put weight on my leg by the middle of the month. I can set a reading goal though. So I will post my goals today 2y

MatchlessMarie I completely skipped October without even thinking about it. I will join in this month though. Will probably need to focus on water intake and dietary goals till this virus is done with me and I can start being active again. On the one hand its easier to get in my heart rate zone on the other hand I‘m not gonna push it 😂 2y

BookwormAHN My goals this month's goals are cook more. And find some healthy muffin and bread recipes. Retry yoga, drink more water and watch my stress levels. I plan to start audio coloring again. 2y

mcipher I have been so bad about consistency of keeping up with goals… but for November I‘ll stick with 3x week walk, 3x week meditation, keeping up with my regular yoga practice, and keeping up with my sleep hygiene (no specific goal, but I‘ve been better about staying up too late and it‘s a win!) Oh, and keep plugging away at my giant library stack 😂 (edited) 2y

February was not a great month for me for the #BFC21 challenge but March is a new month!

My goals:
1. Walk a mile every other day.
2. Salad for 3 meals a week, 2 lunches and a dinner
3. 2 yoga sessions per week
4. Get a #BookspinBingo

I want to focus on self care for my birthday month! @wanderinglynn Let‘s do this!
