I didn‘t read any of my December #ReadYourEbooks as expected. My focus on #TOB25 and the longlist is winding down a bit now, so hopefully I‘ll get to one or more of these this month!
Happy New Year to my Litsy friends from me and Joseph! I've been absent thanks to my ALA volunteer committee but I'm almost done! One of my goals is to get back into Litsy because I love it and miss it.

My 2024 Reading Challenge/results. Next year I'm going for larger books so likely won't get through as many and I'm going to try to plow through my massive TBR as a low key challenge.

I read 84 books this year, across 21 882 pages, including romance, poetry, science fiction, mystery, fantasy, lit fic, YA, horror, memoir, graphic novels/memoirs, essay collections, and one novel-in-verse (more please!). Almost all queer and trans books! I fell short of my goal of 100, but considering I gave birth to my 2nd kid this year and spent a lot of this year looking after two kids 3 and under, I think I did pretty good! Mostly audiobooks!
Well it's officially 2025 here in the UK so HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all. Hope it's a good year for everyone.

A little late but better than never. I didn't reach my goal of 100 books this year but I'm still pretty happy with 59. The last year and a half hasn't been the best but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Points for second half came in at 46,847 giving a total for the whole month of 84,816. Most were from the word search throughout the month. I read some good books and had lots of fun. Well done @LiseWorks for being our team captain. And all the others too. Yay to our team for each point they got.

I‘m Gabrielle. My favorite genres are Fantasy and Historical Fiction. And when I‘m not reading I can be found playing Disney Dreamlight Valley (I‘m addicted) or stocking the shelves at Kroger.
I‘m also 34 today.
