Started listening to this today, so far so good. I know I‘m a bit late to the party. 🤷🏽‍♀️

We‘ve still been going on walks. I surpassed my step goal everyday this past week, except for Tuesday (less than 2,000 steps from it), but I still hit and passed my weekly goal of 77,000 steps because of the amount of steps I took the other days. I drank plenty of water, only drank 2 sugary drinks, but I didn‘t workout. I started intermittent fasting.

It was a very hectic week at work, very stressful. Barely made my steps and only managed to go walking 2 times this week. Did drink lots of water.
Also baked a lot this week and ate almost half a batch of brownies 🙃

This week I had a string of migraines and didn't end up meeting any of my goals. I did listen to 3 audiobooks, manage a few days of meditation, and tried not to stay TOO far from my nutrition goals...
But next week is a new week 😊

This week has been lacking quite a bit. I was able to practice gratitude every day, but only attempted meditation one time. While I made progress on the tagged book, I did not finish any books. Hopefully this coming week will be better. I plan to work on my goals a bit more closely.

Well, this week has not been ideal. I really hope things get figured out soon, but I'm rather frustrated with medical "professionals" at the moment. I'll refrain from further complaining, though. Emilymdxn Sending solidarity 💖💖💖 time spent muddling through with doctors can be the worst and I‘m so sorry you‘re going through it. Even bearing fitness in mind at all when things are tough is a victory though - even if all you do is keep thinking ‘I‘ll work on that when things get better‘. Happy Saturday!!! This week has been crazy busy for me. So much coming at me from all angles. I have had to adjust my goals because life happens! I will not let this get me down! This week I did 1 out of 7 yoga sessions. New goal 3 days. 1 out of 3 walk and did not find time for a hike . But other stuff was more important this week. Being there for people I love and such!
