I am in the middle of moving so that hurt my archery time, but I read a whole book this week! And started another! I‘ve been feeling poorly this week and today it finally got me. I think I‘m down with a summer cold. On a bright note: I met my step goal 3/7 days and I‘m feeling pretty good about that with how my week has been. I didn‘t finish a book this week so I‘m still 3/6 for my books. I think I can catch up though, especially since I won‘t be doing much tomorrow. I‘m going to lower my step goal next week to whatever I can manage while getting well.

Not a bad week, but it was so ridiculously hot the last two days, I only managed 2 miles per day instead of 3.

My new goals for this week didn‘t go so great... I only managed 5 days with no Diet Pepsi before I gave up and had some. And we ate out way more than twice, but in my defense it was too hot to cook. 😂

I‘m almost finished with my 7th book for the week, but it will be done way before midnight, so I‘m calling it.

#BFF #bfcr2 #bookfitnesschallenge so this week was a tough week. We have had some family stuff going on that will continue possibly. That did interfere with my goals. I got my walking, karate and reading in. Not the yoga. I am not being hard on myself. We are experiencing a massive heat wave and family must come first. My goals for next week are karate, my steps and finish the book above! Thanks to my group for all the support!

My week 3 review is a little late because of a lot of hiccups this week. I made it to the gym once, and met my step goal once. It was an emotional week of getting set to move into a new place and a death in the family. Feeling really discouraged this week. Everything was crazy-town after vacation. Out of town to help my mom move out from her divorce and a coworker on sudden medical leave in a busy season. Going to rock my LITTLE LIFE goal down to just 50 Pgs/week instead of finishing it in the next 3 weeks. Feeling discouraged for lots of reasons but hoping a more normal week in my routine will help. #bookdragons #brcr2

Ash.on.the.line @sprainedbrain it was tough at first, I use to not drink any in high school but after I did more and more. Now I occasionally crave it with certain foods but I have always preferred water. Never hurts to try and maybe start with a day or two a week to ease into it. 😅😁 1w

How have I not posted this? Here is my VERY late #BFCR2 Week 2 check in 🤦🏻‍♀️

I met all of my goals, with the exception of yoga again. I‘m going to have to re-evaluate my weekly goals, because I have no motivation to do yoga sessions. For wk. 3, I‘m going to change that to be 3 meditation sessions a week, and see how that works for me. One BIG thing that I‘m really happy about is that my resting heart rate has lowered more 😊 #FitWizards

I hit my daily step count goal 3 days this week. The holiday and working from home Friday lead to lower step counts. Today had some pool time with my nephews and been busy packing. Did get several walks in this week.

With being on vacation next week I‘m going to expect not to get all my steps in, but I should be able to walk on the beach every day.

This image shows my best day #bfcr2

Our library is a 1.1 mile walk; my daughter (⬆️) logged 2 more miles in her quest to her first kids marathon. And that means I racked up many extra steps 😊.

For the week, I managed 5/7 days on my step goal; 0/3 tracking food — try again next week; books— the #bbrc is making that goal a breeze so I will need to re-evaluate; sleep goal — got to bed by 10:30 5/7 nights.

Maybe this is weird, but this is my favourite street in my city. I love walking down the street, under the trees, which completely cover the road. My best friends grandma lives at the end of the road, and it just has so many good memories. I get to walk past it every time I walk to work, like today. So here my weird question.

marleed I‘m only a year in my new location so I‘m still discovering streets. Previously I lived in an apt on the San Antonio riverwalk. I loved it because it didn‘t matter how busy the streets above because the river is below the streets. 3w

My daily step counts for the week. Only met my goal 3 of the days. My cold really gave me some bad days this week, which kept me from being as successful as I wanted. And I thought I was finally over it only to wake up this morning with a migraine and awful ear pain. No infection but the doc gave me meds that should help.

Here‘s hoping for an even better next week!
