Here‘s my progress on #30booksin3months. I completed the first row. It‘s interesting that I started and finished the first row with Agatha Christie books. I just finished the Agatha Christie story from June.

It turns out I‘ve been participating in this Goodreads Seasonal Challenge the whole time and I didn‘t even realize it. Will I finish this? I don‘t know. The last 2 achievements have to be completed by reading books from the qualifying lists that Goodreads made. I could complete this challenge if the books are short.
In May, I earned these 3 achievements for a Goodreads challenge and they were easy because all I did was read and finish books.
I forgot to share that I earned this achievement on Goodreads after reading Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir. I read this book with the book club on Fable called Crow Club back in May. Project Hail Mary is on the list of qualifying books for the Armchair Explorer achievement. That was easy. I didn‘t even know it was on there until I looked.
I just finished reading When The Tides Held The Moon by Venessa Vida Kelley and I earned this achievement. That was easy because this is the #whimsicalreadsbookclub book for June and it‘s on the list of LGBTQ+ qualifying books on Goodreads. I didn‘t even realize it was on there until I looked.
I just saw that the #30booksin3months reading challenge is back for the summer again because I‘m following the lady who started the challenge but I never saw her post anything about it on Instagram until I went to her profile and saved the graphic. So far, I‘ve read 3 books for this. I know it says it ends September 1 but I‘m going to read past September 1 like I usually do because I don‘t read that fast. Some books take more time to read.
I made this challenge for myself during the summer in 2023 to help me finish series. This is an ongoing challenge for me.
Here‘s how I‘ve done so far.
2023 - I finished 1 series during the summer in 2023.
2024 - I finished 3 series and DNF‘d 1 but I still decided to count it towards this challenge.
2025 - I have finished 3 series this year. I‘m curious to see how many more I‘ll finish this year.
#serieslove2025
I created a reading challenge for myself on Storygraph in 2023 to help me finish series I have in progress where I started the first book but I never continued with it. I‘ve now completed 8 series and I just added 5 more prompts to my challenge. My goal for #serieslove2025 this year was to finish 3 series and I did it so I‘m gonna keep going. Each month, I will choose 1 series that I want to finish.
I'm still trying to reduce my TBR bookcase. My previous attempts were too grand, so I scaled back. My 2025 Off My Shelf Reading Challenge (complete with bingo board) has 24 prompts. Everyone is welcome to join!

#OffMyShelf
For #serieslove2025, I‘m not sure what series I‘m going to be finishing yet but the goal I‘m setting for myself is to finish at least 3 series. If I can do more, that would be great too because then I can remove more book series off of my book series spreadsheet. I have 59 book series on my spreadsheet. I‘m not even sure if I want to finish some of them because some of them have a lot of books.
Challenges in chaotic collage form! Yay!! ??
"Prioritize Your Shelf Reading Adventure" was not included in my earlier "Goals and Resolutions" post, but that's mostly because I plan to combine it with "Off the Shelf" ☺️
So here they are visually represented with the exception of "Series Love 2025" which will get its own image very soon!
@Andrew65 - This is what I had mentioned in a previous comment. I made this image for you and @TheSpineView back in maybe 2023? And it was my intention to "gift" it to you for your challenge, but then thought against it because I didn't want to be rude or tacky if you had already made one.
So... here I am being rude and tacky in 2024, but still wanting y'all to have this IF you want to use it, but PLEASE, do not feel obligated to do so. Cheers!
In previous iterations, I believe #offtheshelf was a very low-key #readingchallenge that encouraged folks to read their own books and track which titles came "off the shelf".
I realize this is very similar to other "prioritize your own collection" challenges, but I'll be using the hashtag #offtheshelf2025 in the coming year to help track how many of my own books I read...
(Cont'd ⬇️)
And here's what I'm using for #BookChain #Bookchain2025 if anyone wants it @TheAromaOfBooks
OK y'all... I'm doing more #readingchallenges next year than ever before. So this post is me officially giving myself permission to double-dip, triple-dip, even quadruple-dip in any and all challenges. Mkay?
I definitely want to keep doing the #greekmythologychallenge but I‘ve been taking a break from it. Eventually when I feel like doing it again, I will. I‘m not in the mood for it right now but I was having fun doing it. Maybe in 2025, I‘ll come back to it but it‘s going to be on hold for now. I‘m narrowing down my reading challenges on StoryGraph but I‘m not getting rid of this one. This one is fun.
Here‘s my progress on my reading challenges on StoryGraph. I‘m looking at these challenges and I‘m thinking that I need to narrow them down to three that are the most important to me and remove the rest because I have too many challenges. I feel overwhelmed looking at this. I like to challenge myself a little bit with my reading but I don‘t feel like challenging myself this much right now especially since my dog passed away on 10/25.
This is the way the Goodreads Challenge looks if you try out the beta version of it. I‘m all for it. It looks better than the regular version. Goodreads needs to update their app. They don‘t update their app enough. I‘m not where I want to be with my challenge yet but I‘m glad Goodreads is cheering me on.
I've signed up for three 2025 #readingchallenges already, and it's not even December! #WickedWords is a given of course if it's running, #ISpyBingo I very much enjoy, and I like the look of the prompts for #booklistqueenchallenge25 too. And I'll be running Four Fours again, hashtagged #fourfoursin25 this time.
What are you thinking of signing up for? Or running?

I‘ve decided that I‘m going to participate in #nonfictionnovember this year to help me get through my Netgalley ARCs. I have a feeling that I will have a lot of nonfiction books to read in November just like I do this month. This month has been a very nonfiction heavy month but at least I have some nonfiction that‘s perfect for Halloween and Fall. I also have some nonfiction books on my TBR this month that I want to save for next month.
Here‘s how I‘m doing on #30booksin3months. I read 5 books last month so I got to add them on to this graphic. I will not be finished with this by September 2 so I‘m going to be reading past the end date.
I will be posting on TikTok (@ c_5315) as I start to actually go on a reading journey of ALL my physical books! I have 200 to get through… and I‘d like to do it in under two years. Reviews will be posted here and on TikTok!
Here‘s my progress on my series tracker. This is the first page of my tracker and I DNF‘d 1 series last month but that‘s okay because it‘s still getting taken off my list either way. At any time when reading these series, I can DNF if I don‘t like where the story is going for whatever reason or if it has something that bothers me in it. I want to finish All‘s Fair In Love And Football this month. I‘ve only read the first book.
The #BBRC is back for the new year. This is a Fiscal year challenge so it runs July -June. The purpose of the BBRC is to get everyone reading books for all age rangers.

Here‘s my progress on my reading challenge I made for myself to help me read what I own. I have 3 books left to read. I should make one of these graphics for my Kindle books since it‘s been helping me not be overwhelmed by my physical TBR. I would do the same thing. I would choose a small number of books, put them in a graphic and just read them whenever I want to. I don‘t feel overwhelmed with a small number of books.

Here‘s my progress on #30booksin3months. I completed the first row of the graphic and started the second row. I‘m hoping to read more books from my #bookspinbingo list this month. I‘ve read 5 books from my #readyourkindle list and now, I‘m working on my #bookspinbingo list. I haven‘t posted my progress on my bingo board yet but I will after I‘ve made more progress.
I decided to change the name of my reading challenge to help me read my physical books. It used to be called “Physical Books I‘ve Been Ignoring” but I didn‘t like that name so I changed it to “Read Your Physical TBR”. I like the new name better. I think it‘s clever. I feel like I‘m calling myself out with that name because I tend to ignore the books on my shelves and just read something I don‘t own.
I‘ve started some reading challenges for myself to get me to finish series I‘ve started, read my Kindle and read my physical books. I‘m thinking that I should‘ve started a 24 books in 2024 list to help me get through my TBR but if I start it now, it‘ll be too late because it‘s already June. I wish I would‘ve thought about doing that but I didn‘t know what books to pick. Maybe next year, I can make a 25 books in 2025 list. I like lists.
Here‘s my progress on the #greekmythologychallenge. I still have a long way to go but the book I‘m currently reading will work for this challenge. I think adding more prompts from this reading challenge to my #bookspinbingo list each month would be fun and that would give me a chance to complete more prompts from this reading challenge. I‘ve been working on this whenever I‘ve wanted to do it. If I don‘t feel like it then I don‘t do it.
One of my favorite reading challenges is back for the 6th year this Summer. I always read past the end date just so I can fill in this graphic with the books I‘ve read. I haven‘t decided if I should count DNFs towards this but I feel like maybe I should if I start bailing on a lot of books. I would just have to type DNF over the book image but I could do that.

Here‘s how I‘m doing on reading these physical books that I own. I have 5 books left to read. When I get done with this, I‘ll choose more books from my shelf to read. I started a little reading challenge for myself to read my physical books but I didn‘t give myself a deadline. I‘ve added the last 5 books on this graphic to #bookspin lists every month to motivate myself to read them.
I made a reading challenge for myself to read my physical books and these are the books I chose. I‘ve added the rest of these books to my #bookspin list hoping that it will help me to prioritize the physical books I own. I‘m doing good. I have 6 books left to read on this graphic. After I finish reading the books on here, I‘ll choose more to read.
Here‘s my progress on my reading challenge for this month. I‘m not going to read any more books this month. In 2023, I discovered that I like taking a break from reading during the last week of every month so I‘m going to be continuing to do that this year.
🙌 My library hosted a fun reading challenge in 2023! I didn‘t get a blackout but I filled 2 complete rows.
✅ I used one copy for tracking prompts completed, and another for photos of the books I read for the prompts. I loved using my book stamps and washi tape for this challenge.

Here‘s my progress for my reading challenge this month. I can‘t believe January is almost over and I‘ve only finished 2 books this month. I DNF‘d a lot of books this month.
Here‘s my progress on this challenge. I‘m not off to a great start. I‘ve been reading every day but I haven‘t finished any books yet. I‘ve been reading my Netgalley ARCs and I DNF‘d them because I didn‘t like them. I‘m trying to improve my ratio on Netgalley and bailing on books isn‘t helping but if I don‘t like the book then I don‘t like it so I‘m not going to force myself to finish books I‘m not enjoying.
