Happy day one!! I was able to complete two books so far today - of my 15 book goal.
Also completed my first 30 min weight exercise of the 4 I'm supposed to do this week.

For #BFC this round, my goal is to get back into a healthier eating style and to focus on my mental health by practicing more yoga and meditation (let's go with at least 3 days a week). Then for a little cardio, I want at least 100,000 steps per week. For reading, I would like to do at least 1 book a week.

Sorry I‘m late with my #BFC update. I have completely lost track of my goals and am just trying to make it through the next few weeks. Hopefully things slow down soon . But I am still not giving up on myself . I now know I need to focus on new goals . I need to get back into yoga but I also can‘t beat myself up if I get too busy and miss a day. Always a balance. I‘m here cheering everyone on! You can do it! 🖤
Missed by step goal by 30 measly steps 🤦🏻♀️. Will have to work on being a little more aware this week 😉.
Finished one book since I was finishing up vacation and going back to work this week.
I has been a soggy, warm and humid day. I finally sneaked in a walk with my dogs between the bands of rain showers. I am hoping top get another walk in after dinner. 🤞 Fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate.

Woot! I‘m joining @wanderinglynn for a book fitness challenge! I really need to increase my activity again, now that my surgeon has me all cleared for exercise. But 2 months of no working out = not much motivation.
Hopefully this will help! My goal is 3 books & 3 workouts per week. #audiowalking

Signed up for #BookFitnessChallenge - my goal is to run at least 3 times a week and by the end of the time to be able to run at least 2 miles without needing a walking break!
My book goal is to listen to 10 or 12 audiobooks. I of course don‘t remember what number I picked and I just signed up yesterday. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
