Flipping through the months at random I absolutely loved this book! I think this take on Frankenstein was unique and a lot of fun. Plus I absolutely love the author and will pretty much read anything she puts out at this point.

I loved this book set in the Second World War, and feel as if I have found another favourite author. This is based around true events. If you love the Second World War books of Kate Quinn I think you‘ll love this. Goodreads have a rating of 4.55 for this book so I am not alone clearly, that‘s higher than for Kate Quinn‘s books.

This was one of my favourite books of the year, a crime drama set against the backdrop of Nazi Germany in 1939. I love it when you go into a book not knowing what to expect and fall totally in love with it.

It‘s a western about a half Chinese psychopomp who works out of San Fran, laying ghosts to rest and dealing with all sorts of creatures including zombies. She takes a trip out to the Rockies looking for missing young Chinese men & there‘s a scene where she‘s attacked while sitting around a campfire🏕 #TeamSlaughter #Scarathlon 6pts
