So in audio the Bombay book went back before I finished, so it's on hold again. Currently listening to the Undertakers Assistant . Reading The Lion from library, not sure if I'll finish. Sisters Sweet is my kindle book as soon as it charges(I had it charging but it says low battery so it might be dying on me). I just finished Vera Wong, review coming!

pickI have come to love this author! This was a definite 4.5☆ and a great audiobook. Ruby McTavish is the matriarch of Tavistock NC. When she dies her adopted son, who is her heir, receives a letter from the uncle and has to return to Ashby house to get things in order, even though he vowed never to return. Jules, his wife, just knows they will make their home there. And as the book unfolds, we read Ruby's letters that hint at dark secrets⬇️
pickJust WOW . 5☆ This was an excellent read. I had to keep putting it down because I knew the protagonist was in trouble again! You ever read books like that? Red is an orphan who reads fortunes through the square of Sevens layout. After her father dies when she is 7, she is fostered by a kind man who raises her. She finds out she is the heir to the DeLacy fortune and vows to claim it , though the family doesn't realize she exists. ⬇️

pickI read as an audiobook, the narrators were very good. Lenna is an understudy to Vaudeline who is a medium. Lenna wants to find the answers to her sisters death. No women are allowed to enter the London seance society, so they go undercover with the help of Mr Morely, one of the directors. Several plot twists makes this an fascinating read

3☆ The premise of the book was very intriguing, and the authors description of the National Parks she visited-all but 1 park, were great. Alas her personality throughout the book is irritating and way too self centered. And she wonders why she is where she is!

Unfortunately I don't think I ever have, only because I fall asleep too easily! But last night I did stay up way past my usual bedtime to finish tagged book!
pickJust finished this book in half a day, couldn't put it down. Fiona is awakened by a call from Italy that her father passed and she has to be there for the reading of the will. Except she never met her real father. Her mother only told her when she was dying and promised Fiona to never tell the father who raised her. This was a great read. 5☆

Annie has a lovely house in the country and a beautiful daughter Hannah. She left behind her artist career to become a mom and live a dream. When she has the accident taking Hannah to the Dr, a truck smashes into her. She wakes up and is told she doesn't have a daughter. Thus her 'new' life begins. She searches and searches even while finding out she lives⬇️

I know the author wrote Wild, which I haven't read, just randomly picked this since it was an audiobook. I find out its a selection of her advice column 'Dear Sugar'! Interesting questions and answers. Can't say I agree with all her ideas. But worth reading! Lots of intimate questions, lots of people struggling with so much.⬇️

This audiobook was forever, but omg, it was soooo worth the time. A 5☆ plus. Demon is the narrator, his life set in Lee Conty VA. This is the tale of a boy who really never had a chance, stuck in impossible situations than no child should have to endure. A story of living in a place the world has forgotten⬇️
