wanderinglynn @Laughterhp if it ends up being tomorrow morning, that‘s okay (I‘m in Pacific time, so I probably won‘t do the actual drawing until noon or maybe even a bit later.) wanderinglynn @BeckyB I just do it at home. I‘ve practice yoga for over 20 years, so I know (mostly) what to do. If you‘re a beginner, I‘d recommend taking a class. It‘s good to have an instructor who will guide you and help make sure you‘re in the proper position. That being said, sometimes you have to try several instructors to find one that works for you. 5y

mcipher @BeckyB There are some great yoga teachers online but Lynn is totally right, you are probably best starting with a few IRL classes. I used parks and rec for my first few - cheap and you sign up for a series with mostly other newbies so it‘s a great intro and it encourages you to go to a few classes. 😊 5y
