I‘m going to celebrate by continuing my #25DaysOfPrideAndPrejudice. Tonight is episode 4 (for the third time this month lol), so Darcy‘s letter/Darcy sans cravat AND a visit to Pemberley/wet Darcy.😍 I do hope Lizzie‘s family is in good health. 😂

December 2 & Episode 2 of #25DaysofPrideandPrejudice with @sprainedbrain as well as the 2nd tea & jam pairing from my 2 advent calendars. I‘m not sure I would pair Cherry-Elderflower Spread with Mint Refresh Tea normally but it kind of works as there‘s fennel & hibiscus & rose flower in the tea that soften the mint. Both are delicious & the jam on buttery holiday-shaped shortbread is👌🏼 #holidayselfcare

OK, sharing time...I get holiday depression & a bit grinchy even without the dumpster fire of a year 2020 has been & November was a tough month, so I‘m trying to do some #selfcare rituals to get into the holiday spirit.🎄Joining in a few swaps & #25daysofprideandprejudice with @sprainedbrain To go with the episode countdown, I treated myself to advent calendars from Bonne Maman Jam & Pukka Tea. I shall have tea & jam & Colin Firth every night.😋

Drunk Austen is (sadly) no more, but I‘m not going to let that keep me from #25DaysOfPrideAndPrejudice

It‘s simple: starting December 1, watch one episode of the 1995 miniseries each day through December 24 (that‘s 4 trips through the story for those who are counting). On December 25, watch THE WHOLE THING AGAIN, if you‘re a purist, or watch the 2005 movie, if you‘re like me. 😍🤣

sprainedbrain @coffeewithbooks This post is just about a silly thing for December... it‘s watching Pride and Prejudice every day and it‘s just for fun for those of us who want to do it. The current PemberLittens group read is Northanger Abbey. That book is our Austen book for November and December. In January, we will have some group reads and watch parties for books and movies related to Northanger Abbey. 3y

sprainedbrain @coffeewithbooks because some of us are done (or almost done) with Northanger, we are going to have a buddy read of the book A Jane Austen Education in December for those who want to read along. We will also have some watch parties for The Jane Austen Book Club and Lost in Austen for those who are interested. The ‘official‘ book is still Northanger Abbey for the PemberLittens group, but some like to do other things along the way. Does this help?😊 3y

First, I woke up in no kind of mood for reading at all, so no readathon for me.
