To tackle my never-ending TBR & finally maybe pick up some books I've owned for years that may be a bit outside my comfort zone by now.

Yuki_Onna @RaeLovesToRead Well, there's so much to read &watch and so little time... But I'm obsessed since I first watched it - also very late to the party, I first watched TP in 2011, I think. It's very dark and weird, yet sometimes very soap opera. And slow in the beginning, though. You need to give it time and let yourself be slowly sucked in... Ask @The_Penniless_Author, I just learned he's a fan, too! 😊

12-14-17: 32 finished book! I'm literally down by half from last year. I'm so mad about it, but this past year was brutal for me so I think there were a few times where I just couldn't focus 😢

SassyBookworm I had that same thing happen to me! Last year I read 66 books this year (so far) 44. 2017 has just been rough 😰 Maybe we‘ll both have better luck next year 🍀 (edited) 8y

If you love Twin Peaks, you definitely want this hefty epistolary novel that chronicles the town's mysterious history. It fills in a few gaps from the original show, adds depth to some of what's been happening on the revival, and offers new insight into many of the characters. I especially enjoyed the article on Margaret (the Log Lady).

Beware of show spoilers if you're new to the material, though. This is aimed at established fans.
