Leaving for vacation on Saturday and I am determined to find a bookstore...I mean, isn‘t it like a rule that every small resort town should have one?!

@BookishMarginalia Heads up. I am off to Israel tomorrow until 6/20. If my box comes I won‘t be able to post a picture. But the front desk at my apt - is wonderful and will hold it for me. I will post when I get back. #secretsantagoespostal

Gather 'round for a horror story: today I almost left for a four day vacation with no print books. (I have two ebooks downloaded but still.) 😳 Good thing I remembered and packed up the perfectly reasonable number of three.

1. Generally plans because it takes me far away but I'm always up for a road trip. 🚗🛫
2. Hawaii for a beach vacation and Europe for sightseeing
3. Hilton Head SC in July, Berkshires in August and hopefully a few other weekends away

TGIF!!!!! Happy Friday everyone!!!! I can‘t wait to get through the work day today!!!! It‘s been a long week and I‘m ready for the weekend so I can dive into my books! What about you all?

I‘m making good progress on my vacation finished 5 books this week and hoping to get two more in before end of year to make 40 total completed books for the year 😊

Happy Saturday, everyone! Starting the day lounging on the couch with a hot cup of coffee. I'm on vacation for a week and have nothing pressing to do 😊This is going to be a staycation, so I foresee binge reading in my immediate future 😁

One more day at the office and then I‘m off until 2018! I‘ve considered booking a hotel for a night just for some time to myself. What will likely happen instead is some time at the bookstore and Star Wars.

Road trip starts tomorrow! Seeing daughter in a performance, some college visits for youngest son, & then all of us (me, hubby, & all 3 kids) spending a few days together. I may or may not post on Litsy while gone. Will keep eyes open for goodies for my #secretsantagoespostal match 😉. Also, who has me, don‘t worry that I haven‘t filled any surveys yet. I‘m not picky 😊. Litsy TBR I do NOT own. I own everything on LibraryThing. Happy Thanksgiving!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I was on vacation last week with my family at Wellesley Island State Park. There wasn't really any cell service much of the time, so I wasn't able to do a whole lot on my phone without using too much data. Overall, the trip was alright, except that there were a bunch of kids crying, riding their bicycles, and singing.

As you can see, I've done very little reading but I did discover that the resort has a library and a beautiful flower garden for reading.

I hate packing so much!!! Leaving tomorrow for a work trip to Tulsa, OK!

9 days off from work!!
The last few months at work have been especially stressful, so I am looking forward to some me time. I plan on treating myself by going to the bookstore...my book buying ban is officially over! Lol.
