An employee loaned me this book after I told him how difficult it is to get from the local library. Excited to start reading it.

While doing some organizational tasks at my internship today I came across this name in the family history files! Crowley! I didn't know he spent time in Michigan! 🤣😂 I wonder if Aziraphale was with him? 😎😈😇 #litsyhumor
My first Pratchett, and so far I am not disappointed. 🙌🏻
This genre is growing on me. It's like a cross between Roald Dahl and C.S Lewis. Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman have created a modern classic. There are some hilarious lines, especially as I'm British and there's so much fun poked at us. The message of Good and Evil and how easy it is to mix the two up, is a powerful philosophy and encourages the reader to think about more than the story itself.
“Aziraphale collected books. If he were totally honest with himself he would have to have admitted that his bookshop was simply somewhere to store them....In order to maintain his cover as a typical second-hand book seller, he used every means short of actual physical violence to prevent customers from making a purchase. Unpleasant damp smells, glowering looks, erratic opening hours - he was incredibly good at it.” #Collect #QuotsySept19
Happy National Read a Book Day!! I'm back with a vengeance this week! I finished two books from my Purgatory Shelf and I'm finally on to the next. Perhaps this is a sign of good things to come? Will this be a heavenly read? Or a hellish one?
I have read some amazing books this year! It‘s been an eggcellent year for me +Books. But Good Omens was outstanding . #sixdigitsamurai
Litsy means so much to me!! 100% it had changed my life for the better ! I have made so many great friends and get so much energy from it! Love it !

While I was busy posting on Litsy, Minerva apparently felt ignored. When biting my feet didn‘t yield the desired results, she decided messing with my book would get my attention. After nosing the cover open and pawing at the pages, she‘s settled in 😂 #KAL #CatsofLitsy #Catwithbook
I don't remember the last time I bailed on a book, but I'm about halfway through and I have no idea what is going on. I also can't keep track of all the different characters. I'm just going to watch the show, which is the only reason I'm reading the book anyways. Maybe I'll want to revisit it after that.
Finally scrolled all the way back to my first #bookhaul post! A little over 3 years ago & I wasn't yet savvy enough to use the tag. I've read half—all but the Bradbury—but my husband picked those out for himself, so they don't count, right?😏 I read Mark of Athena right away (Riordan binge!). I LOVED Good Omens. Oscar Wao sat around until I read it for book club. It was OK, but problematic in retrospect & I didn't hang on to it. #bookhaulchallenge
This one fell off my radar a while ago, but fully admit seeing all the promotion around the Amazon series pulled me back in. And I decided I would not watch until I read the book, and that was really hard given how much I love all things David Tennant. This was a great read and I should have read it long ago.
And time to bail . . .
With "Under Pressure" playing on the radio and me spotting this on my plant (99% sure it's a hole from my cats' claws), I had to think of GO.
