This was only so-so for me. It was okay. I expected to enjoy it more than I did. I admit that it didn‘t give me much in the way of ideas on suggestions for how to celebrate Samhain, which is what I was hoping.

I enjoyed this edition of Llewelyn‘s Sabbat Essentials the most. It provides a a richer context for the sabbat, and gives a great deal of details that I hadn‘t found elsewhere. I intend to try out some recipes and maybe a ritual from here as Samhain approaches.

Loved the lore and recipe portions of this one, but otherwise found it a bit repetitive and not as strong as other installments in this series. But for just some general info it‘s not bad.
