I think this was a good closure for this YA trilogy. Maybe predictable but the story has action, suspense, mystery. The ending was hopeful, supportive. I liked it. 3.5⭐️

Mehso-so

Mixed feelings with this book. In general, there were interesting parts and action but as I mentioned before, there are stories that can be concluded in one or two books. A third book turns sometimes to be repetitive with unnecessary details, dragging the story, at least for me 3⭐️

Gissy @Chrissyreadit I wish but sometimes there are good months where I have more time to read. Every time I see how many books I have unread plus the one I need (well want😂) in my shelves I say to myself...,read. But the reality is that I don‘t socialize much. I like to stay at home and I don‘t watch too much tv either🤷🏽‍♀️ 6mo
Chrissyreadit i have a life time of unread books! All the same you it looks like you had a great reading adventure ❤️ 6mo
TheAromaofBooks Woohoo!! 5mo
Gissy @Chrissyreadit Yes, it was a great month but not always is like that. It always depend what I have that month and the type of book I‘m reading. Nonfiction books take me longer time to finish them and I have a couple of big books that definitely it will take me more that a week to finish them. At the end what it really matters it to enjoy what we are reading even if it is only one book 📖 🤗❤️ 5mo

Read for #AuthorAMonth @Soubhiville
I like how this author describes the atmosphere of her stories. In this story, I didn‘t like much the main character Shea but I found Beth so interesting. I liked how the story starts with these suspenseful/mysterious events that occurred in the past and the connection with Beth. I think the ending was a little too “convenient” to resolve the situation. 3.5/3.7⭐️

Unpopular opinion for this YA gothic horror story, I liked this book more than the first one. New drama and a different, more mature Louise. The reunion at Coldthistle will introduce new characters and we will know other aspects about Mr. Morningsude. It still have some repetitive parts but it will end in a cliffhanger. 3.5⭐️Love the book cover

I listened to this great theatrical reading of Macbeth, as 2 hours in 4 readathons. — I‘m now getting to my points updates, in the next post. I had 10 pumpkin carvings (within the last week) and posting a few 😄🎃 movie mentions in the comments:

Haven‘t read this in 20 years, & the Netflix show it loosely inspired is great, so I gave it a listen. I love the drama & hyperbole of Poe! Slightly cheesy music at transitions, but narration good. #underthewire #Scarathlon #audiobook #TeamWhoYaGonnaCall #31in31 #outstandingOctober #Finalstretchathon
