panI just didn't care for this one. I wasn't interested in the mystery or the characters involved. There wasn't anything to really figure out, the "mystery" was mostly just finding things.
pick24 done for #nancydrewchallenge has us still in George Fayne territory but we‘re pressing steadily onward. A good mystery with solid sleuthing, but some racist attitudes toward gypsies and a mysterious “energy-giving substance” knock it down a little. 3.5/5 ⭐️

Love these old classic copies of Nancy Drew. I'm going to try reading this to my nieces on a long drive today.
Volunteering at my son's elementary school library today--always fun to see what the kids are into.
