My mom was released from the hospital this afternoon!!! 🎉🎉🎉 It appears that the inflammatory blockage in her intestines has mostly resolved. She‘s in good spirits but tired.

Thank you all so much for the good thoughts and prayers. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💕💕💕 It meant a lot to all of us.

#notbookrelated My mom started getting sick last night, and my dad took her ER this AM. She‘s been admitted with a small bowel obstruction. Hopefully, it‘s not surgical.

This is especially bad because she had polio as a child and now has severe scoliosis. It would make surgery risky. Her lung capacity is low and even a cold caught in the hospital could be fatal.

Current view.....today started off fine, then inexplicable pains, throwing up and here I am in hospital. So far maybe liver, gallstones, bleeding ulcer or pancreatitis.....had X-ray, waiting for scan and can‘t concentrate to read at all 😢😢
