I‘ve struggled the last couple of months, so here‘s hoping to a better October! 🤞🏻
My goals this month for #BFC21 are:
1. Meditate every day
2. Do yoga 21 days
3. Read 11 books
4. Walk outside when possible (hopefully at least once a week!)
5. Do autumn self care challenge (I found one on Pinterest that looks good!)

julesG It's the end of September already?! Well, my goals for October: more #audiowalks, log my water (again), try to do yoga every day, and read all the books and then some. 2y

stonedbookworm oooo I wanna join! My goals for October are: to start exercising at least 2-4 times a week, up my daily water intake. and book wise, maybe read 5 books? 2y
Allylu Hello! I love this challenge. According to my diet, I can‘t do any cardio because it will throw me out of ketosis, but I can take leisurely walks with my husband which I plan to do. I have lost 13.7 lbs. as of yesterday! I‘m a fat-burning machine! LOL My goal is to keep following my diet and walk occasionally, and read at least 10 books by the 21st. I feel really good. 😊 2y
BookishBelle Hey, I‘ve been MIA on my BFC goals this year. Haven‘t done very well on them except meditating most nights and portion control. So, I‘m recommitting: 3 no sweets days a week, 7,000 steps a day most days with a few days of more steps a week, and two strength training days a week. For books: read my devotional most nights and finish The Drawing of the Three as one of my 3 books this month. Great goals @wanderinglynn ! 2y

Roary47 I‘m going to continue my self-care for my face washing. I drop the ball by the end of the month. I‘m going to start bike riding again now that it‘s cooled down (sort of). Walk 9k and read most of my books (more than half) of my book spin TBR. 😊💛 2y

Lucy_Anywhere Gyms are finally reopening here after more than a year!!! So excited to get back into the routine of going to the gym as it turns out I am rubbish at working out at home 😂 and it‘s far too hot and humid to do any exercise outside 2y

PerksOfBeingABookworm I got so busy in September, I forgot to post goals. I‘ll try again. Fitness goal is to drink more water each day, at least two glasses. Totally backslid on that goal. For the book goal, finish reading the two books I‘m in now, read one BOTM, and the last 3 books I got for Christmas and haven‘t read yet 🙈 2y

OriginalCyn620 Your October goals are great! You got this! 💪🏻 Unfortunately, my September didn‘t go as well as I had hoped - a slight medical thing happened and threw me off my exercise game. The only goals I did accomplish were my book and meditation goals, but at least that‘s something! Will think about my October goals and post later. 😉 2y

Bookwormjillk September was good. I finally saw a doctor and started PT for my shoulder. In October I want to keep walking even though it‘s dark, eat a minimal amount of Halloween candy, and finally, finally get a blackout on #BookspinBingo. I have been coming so close! wanderinglynn @ATB Welcome! #BFC21 is a fun, low key challenge. You set your own goals & aim to work on them at least 21 days. And if life happens or if a goal isn‘t working for you, then adapt it.
