Daisey I looked through it and that is quite a list! I would say you could delete TolkienChristmas as I always use the FellowshipOfTolkien hashtag for any smaller readalong within that category. Also, check your spelling for @Karisimo 7h

Sue Black, a Scottish forensic anthropologist, uses the areas of the body to explain the process of using human remains to piece together the life & death of an individual.

This was a fascinating read! Definitely for any fans of Bones. Black is empathetic while discussing some truly horrific scenes, while also providing in depth (if a little too dry) academic knowledge at the same time, so there‘s a bit of tonal whiplash. 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑

On the run from a controlling/abusive father, Lark finds refuge w/ humanity‘s greatest enemy. She‘s drafted to help protect the city w/ her magical control over fear from monsters. A romance, an enemy within, & an approaching army make finding a home more difficult.

I wanted to like this. The world building was interesting, but everything seemed so shallow. The romance, the magic, the people. I just wasn‘t invested in anything. 🌕🌕🌑🌑🌑
