I am going to try and start posting the monthly reminder during the middle of the month going forward. I have a calendar reminder set for the 15th of the month so that we have plenty of time to plan going forward. We're also going to need some new recruits to keep it fun so we don't end up picking from the same lists every month. My fault entirely for the lack of exposure.

So I'm thinking of a new challenge. Lately I've noticed I've been reading a lot of newer releases and have been neglectful of some of the TBR books that have been on my list for years. I never seem to pick these books myself, so why not have someone else pick them for me? So here's how I'm thinking the challenge would work.

@Sarah83 also added things for the kids. They love Donald Duck comic books and Sarah just added to the collection. They'll be pleased, they've read up all their Christmas comic books already.
Also, a photography book with puppies, B.Cavallaro's A Study in Charlotte (German edition), sweets (Leseratten = reading rats).
Not sure I'll share the bookmark, the chocolate bear, notebook and tagged book. (Gollum voice: my preciousssz!)
pickThe 2nd volume of Mickey Mouse strips from Fantagraphics, covering 1932-33. They're absolutely gorgeous, and Gottfredson is a master of building up momentum, both with danger and with humor. The commentary handwaves the 1930s racism more than I'm comfortable with, though.
