A Hallowe'en themed cozy mystery set in a library that's inside a lighthouse with a resident cat. The setting couldn't be better! I was also happy to discover that the author Eva Gates is a pseudonym of Vicki Delany, whose other series I've enjoyed.

I haven‘t yet paused to update on the books I‘ve finished the last few days. I‘ll get to that when I‘m away from this idyllic place.

Been saving this Halloween themed entry in the OBX lighthouse series exactly for this trip. So far, so good!

Halloween ✅ Outer Banks ✅ Lighthouse ✅ Library ✅ Yep, this book checks off my favorite things. I enjoyed spending time with these great characters. Lucy, the lighthouse librarian, stumbles onto another murder mystery. A wealthy businessman considers donating his collection of North Carolina historical documents to the library. Unfortunately, he is murdered in the library before he makes a commitment. A great addition to this series. 🖤#MountTBR

This was such a feel good cosy mystery! I wasn‘t sure if I was going to like the main character but wound up really rooting for her in the end and the cast of characters around her are loveable and eccentric in the best ways. I found myself wishing that I had a little apartment in a lighthouse library all to myself. Not sure I bought the ending but it was still a fun little mystery. #teamslaughter #scarathlon2020 @Clwojick

Found this audiobook through my library 🎃👻

I started this series last winter and I'm so excited to be picking it up again. This volume is really best read at Halloween, but this is my favorite cozy series so I'm happy to reread it in the fall. #cozyinthesun @Librarybelle @ferskner

I thought this was a pretty good book for a 4th in the lighthouse library series. I love the setting. Lucy & Connor are pulled in different directions but seem to be finding their way. I liked the introduction of a new character for Bertie so I am excited to see how this romantic love interest plays out. Picked up the newly released 5th book just over the weekend from my local library. Excited to read that one soon

This series just keeps getting better!

This is the 4th book in the Lighthouse Library Mystery series. Lucy Richardson is one of the librarians at a library located in a lighthouse on the shores of North Carolina. Such a cool location for a library, and for the setting of the mystery. I love the look at library life and the running of the library. Lucy lives on the top floor of the lighthouse just above the library. This book is a pleasure to read and left me feeling happy.

I love libraries, lighthouses and the coast of North Carolina and this cozy mystery has all three.

Book 4 in the Lighthouse Library Mystery series comes out next month. I like this cozy mystery series because it combines my favorite things: the Outer Banks, a library, and mysteries.

I didn‘t love this one as much as I have loved the other books in this series... the main character Lucy got on my nerves a bit in this one and I am not sure why!
