May be the very last person in my town to have read Redeeming Love, but I now know what all the hub-bub is about. Fantastic story and now I can accurately critique the movie when I see it next week. ;)

In my opinion only Todd Spencer (of Robin Jones Gunn titles) is the written equivalent to Michael in this book and will tie as my bookish-crushes from here on out.

Oh my this was good.
I wouldn't usually choose a western or historical fiction but I'm glad my virtual bookclub suggested it.
Warning, this will make you cry, scream, laugh and cry even more. And most of all, it will have you considering your relationship with God.

Final book in the series. Excellent. Eason is a super writer of Christian suspense. Can not wait for next one.

ShyBookOwl Ooh, this is the first I'm heating of this one! I may have to pick it up 1w
Purpleness @ShyBookOwl I‘ve enjoyed the couple I‘ve read from this series; I didn‘t feel that it was really necessary to read them in order, but if you want to, The Healer‘s Apprentice is the first one. Hope you like them! 1w
ShyBookOwl @Purpleness Awesome! Thx for the tip 😊 1w

Mehso-so

It was OK. Not bad, but not great. I had a hard time relating or sympathizing with the main character for every time she was in some sort of grave danger, she voluntarily put herself there. I also thought the ending was very rushed considering the first 450 pages were so slow.

2nd book in the series to start off my 2022 reading. Just as good as the first one.
