One of the few multiple perspective books in which every perspective is equally captivating! My dad and sister recommended this to me and I was not disappointed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've been having a very productive reading week due to being sick- today was the first day I went outside since Tuesday! Read this for #booked2019 #socialmediafocus - the story centres around the Neurolink, a system used by almost everyone to communicate, purchase things, play games, and of course for social media!

Cinfhen Sorry you haven‘t been feeling well but yay for reading!!! I still need to read this book... I‘ve heard good things about it😁 2w
StephanieMarie @Cinfhen thanks, hopefully I'm better soon! It was a solid 4 star book for me 😊 2w

This is probably one of my favourites from the Mary Russell series, it was so great to see more of Mary's past. Luna looks a little shocked maybe mysteries are not her genre 😹

Since Sherlock Holmes plays violin I'm counting this as my book featuring a musician for #booked2019

I successfully completed all 12 OWLs! I loved the majority of them - God Emperor Of Dune and Unicorns of Balinor were just not for me, but the rest were 5 star reads for me. I was pleasantly surprised by The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and a Man Called Ove, I did not expect to love them as much as I did 💛 #owlsreadathon2019 #magicalreadathon

What if Aladdin never found the lamp? Answer: It would be very very bad!

This was a LOT darker than I thought it would be and I loved it anyway! The perfect mix of nostalgia and excitement as this familiar tale takes a whole new direction.

RvnclawWhovian I‘m doing this too, so excited!! Just waiting for a couple books to arrive today so I can post my TBR. Good luck! 2mo

What an intense and emotional debate today! I was expecting By Chance Alone to win, but it was SUCH a close debate. Congrats to Zhiya who did an amazing job with her defense, and to Max Eisen for achieving his father's last wish of this story being told. All of the books are such important stories this year and I encourage you to read all of them ❤ #Canadareads

Blueberry Yesterday's debate was really intense also. They celebrity defenders are doing an amazing job. 2mo
Blueberry Thanks for using the spoiler tag. 2mo
StephanieMarie @Blueberry of course! I know I often can't get to watch/listen to the debates right away and would never want to spoil it for anyone in the same situation. Today I think every panelist was either crying or close to it! 2mo

Great book! I love a good villian retelling, especially when I'm both angry at the main character and still somehow rooting for her at the same time. Xifeng is infuriatingly flawed in this Evil Queen (Snow White) retelling set in a fantasy kingdom inspired by Asian culture.

#fairytaleretelling for #Booked2019 . It could also work for #POCparanormal if anyone is working on the autumn prompts. I'll probably use the second one for that.

StephanieMarie Also either a book you meant to read in 2018 or #debutnovel for #pop19 I haven't decided which. 2mo
Cinfhen Lots of options 😍 2mo
StephanieMarie @Cinfhen yeah for sure! It fits more for popsugar too those are just the two I'm deciding between. 2mo

#canadareads Forgiveness vs American War. The suspense is killing me! Everyone should check out all of these books though - I have never been disappointed by a Canada reads book!

StephanieMarie I'm not surprised that Forgiveness won since it didn't have a single vote against it for the first 3 days. It was one of my favourite books. However I though Tahmoh Penikett was a brilliant and wellspoken advocate for American War, before the debates started I thought I wanted it voted out right away but his arguments changed my mind. 14mo
