Read the books a long time ago so now listening to them from the beginning I love the movies however, Prisoner of Azkaban is my favorite book and movie. I‘m a proud Hufflepuff and my favorite character is Luna Lovegood 🧙♀️🪄

I had never read Harry Potter before. Mostly because of the environment I grew up in. My son recently turned 10 and asked to borrow Harry Potter from the library. I of course let him - joyed that he was excited to read. He loved it so much, and suggested I read it. It was a beautiful story of a mothers love. I‘m hooked, and can‘t wait to read this series with my boy. 🩵 🧙 5 🌟
This is my favorite of the series and it was so fun to listen to! The characters came alive in a way that was entirely different for me!! I stand by the opinion that these books are just as good in audio as they are in print!
5-26-23: My 59th finished book of 2023! The 3rd installment of the Harry Potter series was ok. It was a lot of classes and quidditch related chapters until the last 100 pages when it picked up. Between Professor Lupin‘s secret, to the capture of Sirius Black and the discovery of Peter Pettigrew, learning about dementors and the Patronus, it became very interesting. As usual, Ron cracks me up and Hermione annoys me. It was nice to see Harry happy.
Say it ain't just our household 🤦♀️🫠
I‘m rereading HP as the illustrated editions are published and the illustrations are amazing and adds to the story.
After last book‘s ending, HP has spent the summer with the Dursley‘s and with hardly any contact with his friends and Sirius, he‘s feeling alone. HP has reached 15 yrs and is also a moody teen.
For me this book is about friendship and how your true friends are the ones that are there in the hard times.
