I may have #FooledYou into thinking I was going to read the tagged book last month but I had a book become available at the library so I needed to read that instead so it‘s pushed to April. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #AprilTBR

rretzler Happens to me all the time! I had to read a book in March for an April group read because it came up at the library. Oh, well. I really enjoyed Ready Player One. Cline‘s Armada was also good, but not nearly as good as the tagged book 7mo
MommyOfTwo @rretzler Ready Player One is awesome, it will be a reread for me when I get to it. 7mo

A couple of these are still unfinished from March. But this is my "hope to finish in April" stack.

Did not do a great job with clearing books off my TBR in March so my #AprilTBR is several books that are in progress, a library book that is due very soon, my #GirlyBookClub book, a bunch of leftovers from March and four new #ReadMyOwnDamnBooks books. Time to get cracking!

As they say April Showers Bring May Flowers...

...here are some of the books I hope will shower my time this month, my regular group reads here on Litsy (of course) and some series I really want to catch-up with.

Riveted_Reader_Melissa @Gezemice I‘m hoping to get too it soon, but I have two I have to get back to the library ASAP first, so maybe by next week? 7mo
Gezemice @Riveted_Reader_Melissa Sure. I am not in a hurry either, I am still into history. Up next is the sequel to the Wars of the Roses: 7mo
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @Gezemice Well enjoy! As long as you‘re in the history mood I‘d say go with it. Foundation isn‘t going anywhere, it will be there when we are ready. 7mo
Gezemice @Riveted_Reader_Melissa It has been sitting on my nightstand for month, and yes, no sign of it leaving... 7mo
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @Gezemice Yea! Then history away!😉 7mo

So I just found out about the #OWLsReadathon2019 last night, but it sounds like fun so I‘m giving it a whirl! I‘m gonna go for the following OWLs to strive to be a Magizoologist:

Care of Magical Creatures (land animal on cover) - A Man Called Ove
Charms (read an adult book) - The Woman in the Window
Herbology (plant on cover) - Beast of Extraordinary Circumstance
Potions (sequel) - The Well of Ascension

This counts as my #AprilTBR, too, lol.

RvnclawWhovian Yay, I‘m glad you decided to join in! 7mo

#AprilTBR is less ambitious than it looks, considering I've already started 3 of these and I've got Spring Break in two weeks.

Merethebookgal A Murder is Announced is a fun one! And I can‘t wait to hear what you think about The Girl with the Red Balloon! 7mo
