I had the whole #SundayAfternoon #hyggehourreadathon 😍 The weather was perfect and hot (summer is finally here), daughter was at neighbour house played with their kids. I read On Guard by J.R. Gray & Andi Jaxson. It was so spicy and suspense and dark as I like it so I couldn't put it down until I got to the last page.💙🩵💙🩵

We cut out eggs from paper and drew on them. Leja painted 2 wooden eggs. I played with thread and a needle and created some unique decorations. 🐣
We also baked our traditional dessert called Potica (we chose the coconut flavour).

We read 13 picture books in February. 4 books by local authors. Leja's favourite was Frozen 2. She's obsessed with Elsa lately. She's playing that she's a snow princess and will everything change into ice😄 Also wearing Tiara and Magic Wand.
My favourite was Snow Queen by Hans Christian Anderson. I loved it as a child.

I read 9 books in February. 3 audiobooks 3 ebooks and 3 books. My favourite was Divine Rivals which was my choice for our local book club. I have plan to read sequel in March. I very liked Remarkably Bright Creatures, Hello Beautiful and The Secret Of A Heart Note. All 3 were #buddyread on Litsy. Thanks to @TheBookHippie and @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks to share/chose these books.

First reading outside on the sun this year.
I'm #currentlyreading Mornings in Jenin and it is a sad story. About war between Palestine and Isralel set after world war II. Usually I avoid that kind of books because they destroy me emotionaly but a friend insisted that I need to read it. It is a hearbreaking novel and I'm only at 30%.😢

I loved this thriller. 2 secret agents (one slovenian and one from the UK) trying to solve international business crime in Ljubljana. Author is tv presenter and comedian. You can find his comedian side in the book.

I found this short #sci-fi #novella on #amazonkindle and really enjoy it. It was interesting gothic and a little scary. A pageturner for me🫨 the end was shocking.
