Stars above, I love Rhys and I will go to the ends of the earth to protecc him. There‘s no “Rhys vs. Tamlin” contest. Rhys wins, every time.

pickMaybe I changed my rating. Who knows. Still, this book remains one of my favorites, even if it‘s my third time reading it. Even if I‘ll forever be #TeamRhys, and forever angry with a certain *you-know-who*, this book is still enchanting and lovely and just....ahhhhh. Feyre, my queen, I hope to see you and your sisters in any upcoming SJM books set in Prythian.

After binging the entire series and having become way too over emotionally invested in my Night Court family, this was the exact book I needed. I know many feel like this didn't really have a plot but I think that was the whole point. It's to show you more about who they are as regular High Fae rather than the warriors they needed to be throughout all three books.

This book took me on one hell of a rollarcoast that I wasn't expecting or prepared for. I woke up earlier than I wanted because of this need to get back to the book after staying up way too late already from reading. Having such a connection to the emotional journal Feyre went through with the emotional abuse and recover will forver make this series such a special one for me.

Just finished these 700 pages in less than 48 hours because I couldn‘t get it out of my head and needed to finish. Review is coming.... and I know the reasons why people have problems with this series but for me, I really related to a number of things Feyre went through and it hit me on such a deep and personal level that I will always hold this series close.
