Oh, I have a feeling I‘m going to love this book. #iwannabeawitch
Super excited to read this. I now own three copies of The Wicked Deep so I'm hoping I love it just as much
This book was so, so very close to being a Bail. Within the first 30 pages, I hated all the characters and really just wanted to throw the book away and never have to look at it again. The way that Williams writes high schoolers was just how old people thought high schoolers acted. The writing style was bad. The first book of the year! Really good book, you won't be able to stop reading. Very original, the author adds a few ”spell recipes” that add a hint of magic to the book. This book doesn't feel rush at the end, something that I truly enjoyed. I fall in love with the energy between Nora and Oliver.
I need more of Shea Ernshaw‘s work. I knew to expect plot twists from her. At first I was disappointed because I guessed the first plot twist. Little did I know that wouldn‘t be the last.
