pan#unpopularopinion time. Repetitive AF. I knew going in that this was spicy, which is fine, but there was sexy times in every chapter except for 2, maybe 3. And it just seemed like the MCs did literally nothing but bang it out, so I don‘t buy that they formed an emotional connection. When they did talk, it was mostly about each other‘s private parts. And if I never hear the words cock, beaver, or monster ever again, that would be fine with me!
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.23-24: Oof- these chapters made me sad. I hate break ups especially when both members are heartsick and want to get back together. I appreciated that Alex fired his agent and was willing to go on the air with his feelings for Vi. I guess she didn‘t see the interview. Or it hasn‘t aired yet. Will it change her mind?
so-soI finished this #littensloveromance last night. It‘s probably the spiciest spice level I‘ve read becasue it‘s unrelenting. The Canadian settings are fun- Toronto, Guelph and cottage country, a fair bit was cringe and I feel like Violet became a different person as the book went on or the author wanted to cover too much on top of the non stop shagging

#LittensLoveRomance Ch.21-22: Does Alex think he can really have Vi as a secret girlfriend? A secret live-in girlfriend? I think when he‘s with her he wants it all and when he‘s not, he worries about his career and endorsements and has Dick in his ear giving him advice. I liked how he stood up to his mom about her but then he goes and makes a mess with the media. How‘s he going to get out of this one?
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.19-20: wow Mama Waters is protective - as she should be. Honestly, I‘d think the same about Vi if I were her. But man that‘s awkward - making them stay the night after an uncomfortable brunch. They really should NOT have been fooling around in Alex‘s old room. Just begging to get caught. I‘m sensing a pattern of poor decisions. ⬇️
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.17-18: well so far they got out of the locker room fiasco with a minimal scene - at least until some enterprising reporter puts two and two together. Most of Alex‘s teammates were decent about the whole thing. And Alex called Vi his girlfriend in front of everyone. And then does the same thing in front of his family 😳⬇️
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.15-16: WTF are these two thinking? Honestly there‘s having great chemistry and not being able to keep your hands off each other- and then there‘s having sex in a locker room - during a game - which could really affect his career and her reputation. Not only was he ejected from the game (which will at the very least mean a hefty fine) but then this? Yikes. I see real consequences that are bound to come their way.
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.13-14: I love me some spice in a book - but dare I say it - the past few chapters there hasn‘t been a whole lot else. It‘s a bit difficult to find things to talk about other than Violet‘s obsession with the MC. Except - we called it in that she‘s very insecure and got twisted over an innocent picture. It‘s a good thing Alex is willing to put up with her crazy. ⬇️
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.11-12: this meme works for a couple reasons - 1st - sorry for tagging you in my other readalong the past couple nights - totally my bad 🤦♀️ 2nd - violet just said I love you…during sex. Whoops. And they did it without proper protection - double whoops. They really lose their minds when they get together it seems. They have some insane chemistry but otherwise can be so awkward. ⬇️
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.9-10: so their coffee date went really well (how cute is it that Alex ordered hot chocolate?) and their dinner date went really well (aside from Alex being exposed to Violet‘s mom for a couple minutes at the beginning there) - why do I get the feeling something bad is going to happen to derail things? I mean, even if they started seeing each other, Violet will still be jealous or insecure about what‘s happening on the road.
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.7-8: Poor Alex - things are not going well for him in the Vi department. Some of this - yes, he brought on himself. But he‘s not helped out by those around him. What is Violet supposed to think about him? Of course she should keep him at arms length- even though he‘s making that difficult. It‘s nice that he likes her enough to keep trying though. But he may need to rethink his strategy.
#LittensLoveRomance Ch.5-6: ok, so Alex is officially a cutie. He‘s coming off a little strong but I think it‘s completely genuine. Too bad Violet is skeptical. But with Buck as an example, can you blame her? Here‘s hoping she gives Alex a chance.

#LittensLoveRomance Ch.1-2: Violet is a funny character so far. But boy is she rated R - Not your typical rom-com heroine. She can be brash and outspoken but tends to feel embarrassed by her antics - at least for a minute. She‘s unapologetically normal. I‘m also a big fan of her mom so far. ⬇️

Well this was definitely a smutty romance novel. I loved it! I know I shouldn't, but I did. I even have #2 on #libby.

I don‘t think I‘ve laughed this hard reading a book in years. Violet is hilarious- her comments and shenanigans were great. Alex is just adorable, his awkwardness had me falling in love with him. I can‘t wait to read more books by Hunting.
pickThis wasn‘t bad. I thought for erotic romance, it had a pretty good story and likable characters. It was a steamy story with romance and fun moments that made me laugh. It was the perfect book to read when I didn‘t feel like thinking too much!

pickGuys, this book. It is so much fun and I love our lead characters. They are so much fun. What starts as a one night stand ends up being more, if our male lead has anything to say about it. He just has to break down some walls and maybe the reputation that he built too. Also Violet has the most amazing case of word vomit that I have read in a while. #romantsy
Since the hubby is watching football - I have decided to catch up on my #romancereadofthemonthclub book for December. I am enjoying this. 😂
