Another Megan Miranda winner! Jessa and Caleb seem destined to be together, until Caleb disappears one night during the flash flood and soon pieces of his car are found downstream.
Yay! Book mail is the BEST mail! (Especially when it‘s from a Litsy friend!) Thank you Carrie 😘 - It‘s always fun to trade books with you! Whenever you read I See You, let me know because I may read along with you! I love the cover of this one! 😍

I really enjoyed the way the story was told in bits and pieces. I did figure out one aspect of the story but did not figure out the other until right before it was revealed.
I liked Jessa and her determination to do the right thing, and then eventually figure out what really happened. She was definitely on an emotional rollercoaster as she discovered Caleb wasn‘t really how he appeared.
Great YA thriller! Stack it!
Main characters recent ex-boyfriend drives over a bridge and his body is never found. Everyone in town blames her for causing it because of the breakup. His mother guilts the main character into clearing out his room. (The mother is a very threatening presence). In the process, discovering he had many secrets.
I read this a few weeks ago and loved it. And the author is lovely and funny!
Well. I stayed up way too late to finish this and now every little noise is freaking me out.
I felt like this story was a good amount of mystery, romance, and suspense.
The beginning started slow but as the story unfolded I was hooked. I suspected some things bot not others.
All and all, a good read.
I honestly could barely put this book down. It's about losing somebody and the memories you have associated with that person. It's about realizing that the pieces you remember are always different from those who are also remembering. Finally, it's about young love.
Higher than So-So, but lower than Pick. I love Megan Miranda's books, but for some reason this one was just a bit drawn out. Still a good story. Interesting twist. Good mystery.
3.5/5 - This is the first Megan Miranda book I've read (I own 2 others) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The story follows Jessa, who is tasked with cleaning out her dead ex-boyfriend's bedroom. Memories of the past are mixed with the present as Jessa uncovers the truth about her ex-boyfriend. #PrincessProp
Yesterday was my friend Megan‘s latest book birthday!!
With all that was going on yesterday, I couldn‘t make it to her local book signing last night, but I will definitely be reading this in 2018!
I know I haven't been active during the last few weeks, and that's mostly due to a very stubborn reading and blogging slump I can't get rid of. 😣 Lila here is trying to help me start reading again... It is the perfect setting isn't it, relaxing in the garden with a great book and a purring cat closeby?! 😻

I loved this book. I love how the first part of the book was quieter with lots of inner narration and flashbacks. It was heartbreaking as Jessa spun out the story. And then as we moved into the present the action and suspense picked up. This was a great YA novel and I look forward to checking out more from this author.
Pages (in desperate need of a groomer!) has been very chill so I could finish this awesome YA mystery! Love Megan Miranda, and this might be my favorite book by her so far!
