Perfect evening. Building Honeydukes, eating the yummiest dairy and flour-free cookie (from a batch a friend brought over) (best ever) and hot chocolate.
4,75⭐ It was very good. WAY better than the 2nd book.
I'm back to rereading Harry Potter, and I'm currently on book 3, and I remembered just how much I love Lupin, and I'm falling in love with him all over again! 😅 He's such a warm guy and I just want to hug him all the time. Does anyone else feel like he'd be a great Hufflepuff? 💛🖤🦡

Dillon and I just completed reading my favorite HP book aloud. Reading Harry Potter together has been my favorite date night activity through COVID. This handsome fella is Lupin. I love how Kay captures Lupin and Snape and everyone so well. Dillon and I will start Goblet of Fire soon. Sadly we‘ll be all caught up on the illustrated editions after that. #hp #readingaloud #datenight
This is my favorite of all the Harry Potter books. To me, it‘s also the book that was written right before Harry Potter got insanely popular so I felt like she was able to give it the time and energy that made the series so great.
A great book which I finished in a few days while being on vacation.
Compared to the two other HP books this one definitely had more details that weren‘t included in the movies. I especially loved reading about Lupin and his childhood memories with James.

My favourite. I love the suspense around Sirius Black and Lupin and still remember truly not knowing which side they were on. I find the dementors absolutely terrifying - by far the scariest thing in the series. And Sirius has long been my favourite character.
Looking forward to watching the movie when we all have time to sit down together. Will then try to delay reading the fourth book to Beatrix for as long as possible.
I love a rainy Sunday for reading all day long! Today I move onto Book 3 and finally start getting into the heart of the story. I'm still feeling ambivalent about finishing all seven books, but then, Books 1 and 2 are my least favorite; it's likely I'll pick up steam here. Either way, I'm pressing on for now into what has historically been one of my favorites in the series. #JulyTradition #TheBoyWhoLived
Onto book 3. Love this series and this is one of my favourites out of the series. 🐀🦌🐺🐕 I solemnly swear that I am up to no good 👣🏰📜 come on @TheWolfbehindTheEyes you're not far behind. Happy reading and weekend everyone 📚❤📖 #hogwarts #maurders #harrypotter #schoolofwizardry #wizards #witches #magic @CymbaX13 @Jackal121
I can‘t sleep and have to work at 7 am. 😩 So why not listen to Harry Potter at 3 am? 🤷🏻♀️📚❤️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - this is the first book in the series where you can see the creative licences taken for the film... really enjoyed book number 3, getting a little more interesting and the writing seems to mature somewhat. Similar issues as before where all the exciting end bits felt slightly rushed but better paced than the previous 2. Let‘s hope book number 4 is as good/if not better!
#potteraday a day late but that‘s ok. I just need to stop skipping days by accident, as the next book in the series, I think is the second longest in the series? This was a bittersweet ending. Sirius ends up escaping and Harry can now go to hogsmeade but he still has to go back to the Dursley‘s and we lose Lupin
I really fell behind on #potteraday this month.
I have to give credit where credit is due on this one. This is one of my favorites of the series and largely why I have a huge crush, to this day, on Sirius Black.
For whatever reason I have a real emotional attachment to the story behind Harry‘s parents and their era so o always hold closest those moments we get about them.
5⭐️ My favourite book in the series. I like the lightheartedness of the book but also the ever increasing foreboding of the final four books and how it is a bridge between the first two and the final four and starts to expand the universe beyond the gates of Hogwarts. #harrypotter #2021 #fiction #bookstagram #review #fantasy #bookspinbingo #potteraday
I so enjoyed rereading this one at a slower pace. I realize these aren't the best books ever written, but they are full of happy nostalgia for me and I still find them entertaining and well-paced. Thanks for hosting this chapter-a-day @Linsy - super excited about the next book!!
I guess everyone can relate on getting books for your classes but not books that are actually alive and can hurt you. Also everyone can also relate on getting a new pet but having an owl and a rat as a pet is kinda weird, as for a cat that seems pretty normal.
The end of the term is here and with that the end of the book. The Prisoner of Azkaban is one of my favourites, it marks the change between the children's books and the more dark books of the series that come afterwards, also has Patronus, Dementors and Buckbeak, so what more can you ask for!
